FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. “Wouldn’t the Forever Knights not want to work with aliens?” If it was for their own personal gain, I’d say they would. They’ve even worked with Ben himself a number of times in Alien Force onward. Besides, it’s JUST Driscoll, and Driscoll wants to usurp The Knight’s order, and therefore, isn’t afraid to bend his morals for what he sees as ‘the greater good.’ 2. “How did Dr. Viktor return from the Null Void to Earth?” Don’t know, and I don’t think it really matters. Villains show back up inexplicably in Ben 10 all the time. Maybe he met up with Vilgax and helped each other escape together but then they went their own ways? Maybe the portal didn’t actually send him to the Null Void, but teleported him super far away, and he found his way back to planet Earth? If we consider the canon of later episodes, perhaps Viktor hijacked one of the inner Plumber-operated prisons in the Null Void and used their teleporter? Take your pick. 3. “Isn’t Driscoll’s plan just the Servantis Arc from Omniverse?” Nope, but I figured people might make those connections just because both Driscoll and Servantis have put together teams in relation to Ben. Servantis believes Ben is too powerful, and is too careless and immature to wield the power of the Omnitrix, and wants to take him out before he causes massive destruction. Driscoll believes that Ben besting The Knights over and over again has turned them into a joke (which they are), and Driscoll could do a much better job as Earth’s defender if he wielded the Sub Energy. Servantis wants Ben gone, and Driscoll wants to both replace Ben and become a world-wide, anti-alien hero. Although, even if Driscoll and Servantis’ plans were similar, think about the countless Ben 10 villains that all had the exact same plan of ‘Ruling the World/ Galaxy/ Universe.’ I think making Ben’s villains target Ben and take him seriously enough to plan for him is a more interesting story than your typical power-hungry Vilgax, Zs’Skayr, Incursean, Dagon, Lord Transyl, or Aggregor. 4. "Why didn't you add Phil Billings?" He has his own story to go through in Omniverse, first becoming a mutant, and then joining the Rooters. We don't need to give Phil two teams to be a part of.
I have a request when you do the other series keep counters of how many times people were gonna kiss or kissed (there are many 😂😂) and also for the no of times Kevin shouts "MY CAR"
Animo should have a Beetle suit and should also have the role of keeping Clancy in line using his animal control gear. There could also be a scene where Animo loses control of Clancy and gets attacked by him.
What about Kraab? Sixsix became a recurring villain and I always wondered why Kraab didn’t. I think bringing him back so he could get revenge would be really interesting.
The idea of Feedback being introduced in the final battle with the king would actually give us a reason for why Ben liked him so much in Omniverse and it would actually make it more heartbreaking when feedback is destroyed by Malware
@@theaveragedude3670 well if you think about it the Omnitrix is a giant database when Malware pulled Feedback out of the omnitrix a piece of feedback was in malware like how a virus incorporates the DNA of a host it infects someone. The new Omnitrix interface with that remnant it was able to reconstruct the transformation from that fragmented piece like cloning a body from a single cell.
I'll admit... that would be one hell of an introduction to feedback and would be a good explanation as to how he became Ben's favorite. He defeated Ben's strongest villain.
I remember that time where Kuro basically quit as the host and had o.r ash and hershey run the channel, throughout 2019-2020 I became very keen to the new hosts and accepted that they will run the channel permanently Then Kuro suddenly decided one day "Hey I'm bored, let's analyze each and every single fucking episode of ben 10" And I was like "good to have you back man:)"
I like how you managed to hint at victor actually caring about the mummy and werewolf to some extent by having him wear they’re remains in remembrance of them
In the end battle with Ben shifting through aliens, he could transform into Ghostfreak again but in a more Zs'Skayr appearance to pay off the ending of "Be Afraid of the Dark"
Feedback’s introduction could be a bit cleaner, I would make it so that Feedback’s species were the ones to master that energy orb. Make it so that we see the aliens hand like in the original, but showcase Feedback’s fingers, giving us some foreshadowing. Once the Forever Knight starts using it, it affects the omnitrix like you say, which shows the silhouette of Feedback. Once he does transform into Feedback, it doesn’t feel like it just came out of nowhere. That’s how I would redo Feedback’s origin
when you said that Dr Vicktor and Driscoll would talk about how Vicktor got on earth, I was imagining some sort of Family Guy style exposition, like: "Boy you sure were crashing on earth's atmosphere and I found you and recruited you"
Judging by how Dr. Animo's past suits have been based around crustaceans, mammals, and mollusks, his Negative 10 suit should definitely be in the reptilian category. Komodo dragon is my choice, both because the name would be an obvious nod to the medieval theme of the Forever Knights, and because of how absolutely terrifying it would be if his suit had a specialized mouthpiece that let him shoot out streams of corrosive acid as a reference to the komodo dragon's venomous bite.
Fun Fact: I didn't want any spoilers for your Negative 10, so I asked my brother to open this video for me (so I didn't see any potential spoilers on the thumbnail) and make it full screen while I didn't look.
And with that bit Kuro added at the end with him becoming a victim of insanity only really broken through to by Gwen's calling, it would benefit more towards foreshadowing his turn to the side of good in Alien Force.
Since Kevin, Logan, Clancy, and Rojo all arrived before the Tennysons, does this mean the four of them still get to pose dramatically on top of the cliff?
I think it’d be fun if Animo had a defensive turtle suit. That way he would be able to withstand some powerful hits himself while having the bat do the actual fighting for him. It could even be worked in to shield against a blast from the sub energy or something
I feel like the Omniverse negative 10 could have been this: 1. Forever King 2. Servantis 3. Khyber 4. Albedo 5. Malware 6. Charmcaster 7. Addwaitya 8. Attea 9. Dr. Psychobos 10. Young Charmcaster
I think for Animo’s animal suit this time, he should go for something like a Chameleon. Not only would the suit give him enhanced strength and speed, but it would also give him the ability to climb walls and camouflage himself, and since he’s pulling off heists, camouflage would be the perfect ability to have. This next idea is from the benefit of hindsight, but maybe he could mix his last two outfits into one and add another animal theme in there like, once again, a chameleon for camouflage and heists, and that’s about it
I do like this take on this negative ten. If I were to add anything during the fight I would have Ben and the Forever King have a conversation about what a hero is and can ben take the responsibility. Being up the fact that every fight with the villains and aliens he leaves cities in ruin. As well as talking about could Ben by himself protect the world from alien wars. Hinting that he could do it but also it would ruin him. (Omnitrix could corrupt Ben's DNA) The conversation would be Ben is a great hero but what about tomorrow wever alien will come get that Omnitrix do you want to hold the world hostage to be a hero. This along with losing Feedback would make sense for ben to take off the Omnitrix in Alien Force.
Thats a great idea, I love it and hope it happened but for the Ben taking off the Omnitrix not currently making sense part, there is that scene in Race Against Time where Max tells Ben to stop wearing the watch since everything is Normal now AND the Highbreed Ship teaser before the credits.
The only issue I have is that the Ben 10 show hasn't ever discussed the collateral damage Ben causes. Hell, it's not even acknowledged that Ben causes collateral until like, Ultimate Alien and he mostly doesn't care still. So it would be weird for him to be so affected by this conversation but then turn around and not care for the next several shows.
@@FraserSouris I ment that while yes he does do collateral damage I ment that to be the start of the conversation. Then going into the idea that ben isn't ready to fight every alien in the universe and if he is will earth be a battleground
I like the idea that Ben unlocks Feedback during this fight, and would be a great set up for when in Omniverse, we find out why Feedback isn't available and how Ben first gains his addiction to using him.
Nah okay that feedback bit is awesome honestly, as someone who fell out of Ben 10 early alien force and recently came back I always wondered if I missed feedbacks reveal in classic, since In omniverse they really make it seem like he was in classics
I watched a lot Ben 10 growing up and even now but feedback always felt like it just came out of nowhere but I didn't mind since it's when he's 11 and we didn't get a series of that.
@@quincystanley1696 Exactly. His death was very emotional and touching but still it felt very out of place for him to have such a special place in Ben's heart when the alien did nothing epic like his other ones.
@@quincystanley1696 yeah I do like his design and would’ve loved him as a kid but imagine if they did that arc of Ben overusing and losing him in classic and then he really doesn’t come back until omniverse it just felt forced
One idea: when charmcaster and gwen team up i imagine her teaching gwen how to use her pink energy constructs like in alien force (so explaining why her magic change color between series)
the reason why she changed to pink from blue is because blue is for boys and pink is for girls. and also because ben is green and kevin is blue in the alien force intro, so they just changed her to pink(even though kevin for some reason uses green more like his car)
I like that, Feedback rules! And it makes Ben’s losing him feel more important, my headcanon Ben took off the Omnitrix cause when he lost Feedback he lost his confidence too. Now you can’t blame him for it
It definitely has potential. I was just glad Animo still made the cut, he's often treated like a joke villain, but we have to remember, behind the massive ham nature of the man, he is seriously brilliant, I mean the mutant ray he made with the Omnitrix faceplate and the ditto stinkfly composite clone? he made both in less than a day each, that takes skill, not to mention that in AF he's a legitimately dangerous threat, he's a lot more serious a foe than some people think and I'd have been gutted if he got snubbed here.
Dr. Animo was Ben's first real enemy, and you have to admire how persistent he is when it comes to trying to kill Ben and conquer the world with his army of mutant animals.
Yeah especially Rojo, Clancy, Kangaroo Kommando and Sublimino who I would have kept as the final member of the Negative 10 by cutting Logan. Also Animo was so fun to watch especially how fun he was.
let's ignore possibility of presence of any issues with this script, this was EPIC and sth that (ofcourse impossible at the time) would make so much bigger impact on whole series as s4 og series of Ben10 i admire your work and ngl your channel is only reason i binged Alien Force, UA and Omniverse 5 months ago my respect and keep the blinding energy of yours
Yeah I remember that. *Sigh* Our country's translation kinda sucks. But in their defense, "Les 10 Négatifs" don't quite sound as cool either. I suppose the only solution would have been to do like what we did with the Sinister Six and just not translate the title.
For Animo's suit in this scenario: Since he's working with the Knights, maybe something that's a common symbol in heraldry? Lion is the first thing that comes to mind, but I know there are lots of heraldic animals to choose from.
This rewrite is incredible. My question is if Kevin were to use his intangibility powers from Ghostfreak would the collar become intangible to or would it fall off. Also with Kevin pining Gwen on the ground I think it would have been cool to see her hit Kevin with some kind of telepathic mind attack in which brings back Kevin’s memories. Kind of like what we see Jean Grey do in X men to Logan/Wolverine. Then we end up having Kevin feel that he can not only trust Gwen but also sees that she cares about him. Leaving us with a nice moment between Kevin and Gwen, as well as where they stand with one another.
She could try doing a spell that makes Kevin sane again. You know. That way, he'll actually thank the kid for getting the old guy back, which might create a spark between Gwen and Kevin.
Idk, it would be a bit out of place. Gwen barely talks about Kevin in the OS, and the only interaction they had... well, Kevin smash his hand after she tried to shoot him.
I was not expecting feedback, after all it makes sense for him to be introduced in the original series so then later on in omniverse flashbacks we don't just find out about a new alien with no background, this could also help to ease into Ben's addiction to using feedback, kevin looks so cool I always liked kevin in the Forever knights dream episode because he looked more viscous and mutated love your videos and keep up the good work guys
I like how this is Feedback's introduction. Even though Omniverse's "introduction" to Feedback is cool and very hyped up, it's also kinda random that Ben just has Feedback, and we never actually know why he's Ben's favorite alien other than just being very cool. This however gives us not only the introduction to Feedback, but also gives us a reason why he's Ben's new favorite. He's very powerful (not only by his natural ability but also generally physically powerful and strong) and like I said before he is very cool (cool enough to even be MY favorite alien by that alone, so I don't know why I'm getting onto 11yr Ben but still) and his Electric/Energy absorbing powers and shooting Electricity back at you are pretty awsome. And other than BenVictor he's the only electric alien at this time. I would also like to see Kevin take Feedback's powers, and the introduction to Malware if the og show continued to a 5th or even a 6th season. Anyways I liked your video and I would actually like to see more videos like this one. Like how YOU would personally write the series, kinda like going from episode 1 to even the end of Omniverse.
The only problem I have with the episode is that everything feels like it could have been something they wrote at the time (even the Alien Force setup, since AF would have been being written around this time), except Feedback, which you acknowledge could be replaced with Upchuck like in the original. Overall great video!
@@zeeshanismail7768 Ben said that he disappeared, and Max said "For now." Hinted that he survived, but because I didn't know that guy in UA was the Forever King, I just thought he was forgotten but survive.
Imagine if every other episode in season 4 had a small scene with the villains forming the negative 10" Legend of korra Season 3 is possibly the best example of how to make a villainous group.
@@srstriker6420 Hmm if you think that and if you liked this "new negative 10" remake I think you would like Nando's video "Altering Ultron" is reallly good and personally I think it fix a lot of its problems
I'll be honest, at first it sounded like you overdid Negative 10, especially by giving them Kevin, the guy who along with Vilgax could give Master omnitrix Ben run for the money. But the way you explained him going feral and then slightly sane due to Gwen, the Feedback comeback 🗿, and just finale as a whole won me over, you made finale SO MUCH MORE HYPE and it perfectly ties into Alien force 😭
Man, this is peak fanfiction. No worries about budget or time constraints, just the care and appreciation for a series that results in an amazing history. Kuro, please never stop being awesome!
I like the idea of Feedback being introduced in the end. And since we see how much young Ben(who was 11 in Omniverse) enjoyed using Feedback so much, i think having Feedback show up at the end of this new version of the Negative 10 could of added abit more like the pain Ben feels in Omniverse when he loses feedback to malware
At least it does make sense and plausible as a means to save on paying VAs and for Kevin it does introduce the fatal flaw of Osmosians and how it started from him not being able to change back to where the power he gained and his time in the Null Void started to mess with his mind as well.
@@VanishEclipse4867 which would make him more dangerous, hard to control and to follow Driscoll’s orders which I replace Logan frame for Sublimino to be Kevin’s handler.
14:30 I think a really cool suit that would fit thematically would be a Manticore suit (Lion + Bat + Scorpion). Let me explain why: -Manticores are often associated with European midevil folklore, which would be perfect as he’s teaming up with the Forever King -Given that this is the effective series finale of the og series, I think his final suit should be something more bombastic than a regular animal And as for abilities: -The Lion aspects would include one gauntlet that enhances strength and has claws, as well as armor and a helmet that would look like a lions head with Animos face being in the mouth. There would also be boots that allow him to jump extra high -The bat aspects would involve wings that only allow him to glide, so he’d still need the mutant bat, but also have built in speakers that can amplify the mutant bats supersonic screams -The scorpion aspects would include, of course, a giant tail that could possibly be tipped with some sort of dizzying venom and a pincer gauntlet, which is why there would only be one lion gauntlet
If Omniverse continued, it would’ve had a new line of Negative 10 with evil versions of Ben’s aliens such as Z’skayr, Malware, Gorvan and like poison frog Galvan.
Honestly Ben using more of his 10 additional aliens to counter Kevin in the Classic Series is such a cool idea it's kinda a bummer it only happened with Cannobolt.
Absolutely adored your new team, I always liked Zombozo and wished he had returned instead of the Circus Freak, so his comeback in this is seriously welcome. Turning Rojo into the Forever Ninja is seeeriously amazing too, since she's one of the highlights of the original team. Also Feedback's reveal absolutely gave me chills, and even if you're playing with more foresight, I'm super happy you found a way and moment to introduce him on Classic timeline before Omniverse. Cheers from Perú, I love your videos so much!
Brother, at first I thought what a waste of time you did by not making another breakdown video but the after seeing the video I got to realize that it was much better than a breakdown, my fav. moment from the video 26:11 it gave chills to my spine when you introduced Feedback. Love from India 😍😍
I think for an animal suit a scorpion would be cool. Scorpions are closely related to spiders so still that spider idea in a way. As well as I could see Animo have a robotic scorpion tail that contains a cocktail of venom from some of the most venomous animals in the world to use on Ben or his family making him a lot more dangerous to a close combat type of fight.
WOW... I wasn't expecting this rewrite to be this good. The Negative 10 lineup feels more strategic from someone who is trying to be the leader of the Forever Knights because if he was the Forever King he would have pulled up with his knights. At first, I thought the addition of aliens like Logan and Dr. Victor would be against the Forever Knights' beliefs, but then I remember that in Ben 10 Classic they weren't portrayed to hold a strong prejudice towards aliens and Driscoll couldn't be picky. The reveal of Feedback actually gave me chills. I like how you wrote the sub energy as powerful and chaotic as it is while making a build-up that would justify the introduction of Feedback. CHILLS. Actual CHILLS. Watching your rewrite made me think that it would easily be a 3 part episode. Expanding the Forever Knights as an organization, establishing the villains dynamic, and Cooper's character and training with the Tennysons. Again... AMAZING REWRITE. Glad I've watched it
Well I would replace Logan for Sublimino and his role would be Kevin’s handler, I would give Animo a dragon or a lion, also this got me thinking of Scooby Doo 2 monsters unleashed.
Dude, the feedback idea is really f.....awesome! It would answer a lot of questions about why "out of nowhere" Feedback was Ben's favorite alien for a while, because he was the Alien that literally sucked up a supernova and blasted it into space thus saving earth. And it would make his arc in Omniverse a lot more emotional, especially since we would be asking why he did not make an appearance in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien. Then when we finally get to his arc in Omniverse the investment would be enormous because he would not be simply a new alien that they are developing now, but simply the alien that closed of the original serie, and it would make his quote: "Did you miss me?" a lot more impactful!
@@watterson.darwin He had history from when ben was a kid and apparently was so important that his loss made ben quit. But there was no buildup from the original series.
I already know this is gonna be a banger but before watching, just wanna send love to The Ben 10 Community! Glad we’re still stayin strong! Cheers to The Ink Tank and Kuro! Hero Time! 🖤
I love how every member is drafted and used in a meaningful way- turning rojo into the ninja is surprising but makes a lotta sense, and it also gives the ninja a lot more significance and personality. This might be too drastic and may as well be its own thing, but I might actually prefer the forever king to be his own standalone enemy without 10 others. I think what would work more would be for the forever king to act somewhat akin to Blackbeard in One piece and show snippets of the stages of his plan, probably at the end of certain episodes and such, with the sub-energy and building of the armour taking place through the season/series. Might be a whole rehaul at this point but if the show were less episodic, they could gradually work towards this finale with seemingly disconnected episodes making sense once we get to the end. Not super thought out, but in my version I think the series could slowly show Max acting more and more shady whenever the knights are mentioned, and perhaps even hint at some established connection in their past, with the finale being Max disappearing one morning, leaving Ben and Gwen to piece together the mystery, suspecting their grandpa's dark and criminal past, though in reality it's Max wanting to stop Driscoll himself. I'd imagine there to be strong emotional stakes like the relief that max is safe, alive, and not bad after all, mixed with the classic "gotta do this on my own to protect you guys" vs "we'd never let you face danger by yourself grandpa" conflict, with Max's life hanging on the line the entire time.
Turning Rojo into the Forever Ninja doesn't make sense. She already has HER own thing, why force something completely unrelated on to her? That's not how Kevin's abilities work, in all his mutated appearances. Not once does Kevin mutate further than his initial mutation. Those are one of the very major problems that exist with his idea.
@@FMK03 if he continues to absorve aliens in Nolvoid with out knowing how to turn human yet and being stuck there in a world of monsters for that long that can all afect his psychology to lose what humanity he has left and becomeing more a monster him self besides back then Kevins powers did not had such rules
Seeing Feedback do that would give a taste of just how powerful Feedback is. Back then it always felt weird that Upchuck was able to withstand that amount of force, which was later revealed in Omniverse that the Upchuck race pulled a Kirby and had their stomachs be portals to pocket dimensions.
The introduction of all these new variables (the modifications given to Cooper's character, a team-up between Gwen and Charmcaster, the reintroduction of Dr. Victor into the franchise, the earliest introduction of any emotional bond between Gwen and Kevin, Feedback, Zombozo being repurposed into a character) mixed with the sheer importance of the episode without these changes would've made it actually worthy of a series finale instead of what amounted to a season finale that aired roughly just a month before Alien Force's premiere. It would've given Classic a lot more of a send-off, I question if Goodbye and Good Riddance would've been aired with this piece de la resistance blowing everyone out of the water.
I did not expect Kevin to play a role here, but I absolutely love how you improved his design and changed his character Edit: Speaking of Kevin, have you seen elmike’s drawing of if Zs’Skayr possessed him?
@@taylortdf5459 yes since he is not a physical threat and it is just like in the episode we got he only hypnosis the guards and Cooper which is strange because how would he and Driscoll know that Cooper has powers because just seems like a normal looking kid?
14:27 nautilus + axolotls, he would have a nautilus shell to protect him and the nautilus tentacle like mouth as extra limbs and axolotls they have whiskers and also heal itself so might add that power as well. what do you think?
I’d love to see a bear suit for Dr. Animo, something where it looks like it’s eating him, maybe with extendable claws for climbing and slicing. Also, I put this in my reply to the pinned comment, so I’ll put it here too: What about putting Kraab in the negative ten? Sixsix became a recurring villain and I always wondered why Kraab didn’t. I think bringing him back so he could get revenge on Ben would be really interesting. Maybe he could even help Driscoll with the forever king armour.
You know Kuro, this alternative Negative Ten idea is so spectacular...I wonder if you can make a comic on it. I mean think about it, we know how the Celestialsapiens are always changing events on a multiversal scale, and that the negative ten does not have much affect on the prime universe to begin with. Plus I have read 5YL and know just how much care you put into making the stories come to life. I'm not saying that a one-off comic about this negative ten is a must do, but I think it's something that you definitely could do. (Who am I kidding, there is no chance you are going to read this)
This is dope! I really love how you address the retcons like Zombozo, Kevin and his feelings for Gwen, And feedback. And the new direction for Cooper is awesome. The whole debacle with the tickets always left a bitter taste in my mouth with him. And while I was disappointed at first by the exclusion of the Circus Freaks, this lineup makes a lot more sense than the original. Awesome video!
Though Gwen breaking down in tears in a moment of danger is not in her character especially after everything she's been through. Not to mention she always fights back no matter the odds.
@@trentintoof1465 No. Because this way too OOC. Ben sometimes had to learn the same lessons, but the characters were still consistent. So no, Gwen would never break down crying and beg for her life any more than Joker would clean up his act and start a charity.
@@vetarlittorf1807 Gwen also had a lot of progression and regression in the series dude not to the degree of ben turning arrogant and not back but there are a lot of episodes where Gwen just acts different. it makes no sense how the forever king with his suit specifically designed to take the sub-energy cant see it. He was a plumber and he would have told Viktor to put the lense into his helmet‘s visor to allow him to see it P.S I know its a very minor nitpick
@@Poke_Miracle_Owl_Universe It's not so much plot armour...well, not quite. in AF her defeat makes mostly sense(Gwen out smarts her and teleports her away, which is the only way she could beat her).
The Lenopan feels like the oddest character in the line-up considering he doesn't even have a canon name. Vulkanus would've probably made the most sense here though my personal dream pick would be a Forever Knight upgraded version of SAM the weather robot.
I must admit, this is an amazing re-write! Sure, this is written in hindsight of future storylines and ideas, but I think it would still be a fun story! I never noticed a lot of the flaws you pointed out (although in fairness, I don't usually think things through when I have no one to discuss it with), but I think the interconnectivity is amazing! Honestly, if they did this as another "What-if" special and used this idea, I wouldn't be upset! Or if you made this as a comic special fan project! And although it would require a lot more adaption, perhaps this would be interesting to see Ben tackle in the future at some point! You could have another sub-energy and the same plot as you laid it out, just simply changing out some of the villains or making it more intergalactic. Heck, if this was a TV movie as opposed to a two-part special, you could also have Vilgax come in as a disruptor factor (as I doubt he would join a team like the Negative 10 without being at the head of it, which wouldn't mesh with his desire for the Omnitrix), an extra wild card that everyone has to deal with!
The only things I can think of for Animo's suit would be either A: something based on Ben's aliens, such as an armadillo based suit that mimics Cannonbolt or maybe an XLR8 based suit with more of a punch from something like a mantis shrimp, or B: a full blown Chimera suit that brings together the best parts of all his previous suits
Animo could be like a panther being that they’re quiet and can climb a bit. These could be like a cool power cause he can like sneak up on Ben at one point. He also can climb things and use it as away of attack.
Fantastic idea. And it's really nice that you gave Cooper a stronger role in the story. He's an underrated character in my opinion. And technopathy is one of my favorite kinds of powers!!
26:12-26:20 That would be an awesome introduction. And would make his somewhat return/death in omniverse meaningful instead of introduction him in omniverse.
I really like how your breakdowns really do a great job of criticizing everything about the franchise and I respect you for that. Definitely like the idea of this negative ten and I think that it would also be amazing for them to pull a sinister Six and have multiple versions on hand in the later series
Didn’t ben have waybig unlocked by this point? He could’ve just gone “lol smashy smash” and the negative ten would’ve been flatter than the reboot’s artstyle.
@@purplemage4974 I think secret of the omnitrix takes place after the negative 10 because it's the first time ben turning into Eyeguy while there is an opening to secret of the omnitrix where Eyeguy takes place instead of the Heatblast
Dude. This is golden…the thing with Kevin saying “Gwen?” As he fades makes his return and eventual love interest beautiful. The copper thing does seem kinda cool. Especially since he returns later. All in all. This whole thing seems like an awesome episode.
Nah. That moment was cringe. Gwen breaking down in tears in a moment of danger is not in her character especially after everything she's been through. Not to mention she always fights back no matter the odds. The OS also never built up Kevin as a sympathetic character (one of the reasons why his reform in AF was too sudden) and he never had any emotional connection to her whatsoever. If anything, it would make more sense to give Charmcaster this moment of humanity, as the OS had her villainy rooted in the abuse she received from Hex and therefore more worthy of sympathy.
And now this is my own personal Head canon. Seriously, amazing work! I always thought it was weird that The -10 had more sideshow villains rather than main stream. I wasn’t expecting Vilgax or anything, but people like sublimino and the circus freaks? Really? But you did an amazing job with this! And knowing how Kevin turns out in the end, makes his scene with Gwen even more impactful. Great job!
Honestly l think it would have been a good idea to have Phil part of the team. He would be the who give the Intel about plumbers base to driscoll(who l thunk shouldn't bz be a plumber), l would have him replace sublimino instead
I like the overall build of the team, but maybe a little foreshadowing in the previous episodes would help. Here's what I thought: Divided We Stand: Animo recieves a visit, and we only hear metallic footsteps before fading to black Don't Drink the Water: As Charmcaster leaves with Hex on her hands, Zombozo's silouette passes through the forest Big Fat Alien Wedding: The water of the jacuzzi fills a container, held by the Forever Ninja (or in this case, Rojo) Ben 4 Good Buddy: Glitchy news report of some sort of ship (or a humanoid wolf's skeleton) found empty in a state near where they are Ready to Rumble: A newspaper talking about Kane mysteriously escaping prison
Not trying to be forceful but would you do a video listing and breaking down all of Ben's villains, his rogues gallery if you will. (A villain must have an entire episode of them as the antagonist and/or show up more than once.) It should also be stated if they survive till the end of the series or at least presumed dead. To paint a picture: Animo is obvious, Clancy counts, Techadon robots count, Robots from Dimension 12 count, Ssserpent counts, Trombipular counts, That guy in the episode Kraken does not.
I'd definitely want to see this, especially because I felt the biggest problem with the entire concept of the Negative 10 was that the series just plain didn't have ten interesting villains to use.
I honestly feel like introducing feedback would be good - however this is the wrong way to do it. Every scene we spend developing Cooper, there should be at least one mini sequence of his powers messing with the watch. Eventually his meddling gets so bad it forces Bens arm to become leathery with Conductoid DNA without transformation, but reforming quickly. During the final fight when Cooper finally gets control of his powers, I feel like Ben should be losing his fights, hard. Then Ben gets an idea and prompts cooper to do whatever he did before and force the watch to transform him - into Feedback. Ben gets blasted with electricity and then tries blocking it subconsciously with all his tendrils and arms, causing his head tendrils to absorb it. He first thinks this is it but then releases it with a punch - exploding his hand then releasing green energy from his fingertips with maybe a cool painted frame to show. It then proceeds as normal. I’ve been thinking of a movie plot which would be nice to wrap up Ben 10 and introduce feedback but this works quite well.
I have a request when you do the other series keep counters of how many times people were gonna kiss or kissed (there are many 😂😂) and also for the no of times Kevin shouts "MY CAR"
Mad respect for the storyline.... that Gwen and Kevin part brought me to tears man!....Kuro should either get chance at his own take on the show or the inktank should be hired for the later Ben 10 projects....
in regards to Dr animo, throughout the series as mentioned his gear has always been based on animals, his first although many say horns have always seemed like insect antennae to me, so hes done insectoid, his next set up was gorilla which is mammalian, and this next was crustacean, so my idea for his appearance in the new negative 10 should be avian. more specifically i think a good idea would be a plague doctor's get up where he uses the mask to control the bat. and could be introduced at the time you said but make it more mysterious, so he appears with the mask covering his face and says "ah, ben, your overdue for an appointment" ben: "who's this guy?" animo: "not, surprising you don't recognise me, it has been a while since your last checkup, but don't worry" mutant bat smashes through the window he was in front of in the episode "take one of these and call me in the morning!" i am a bit biased toward making animo a bit cooler as he was always my favourite villan in the original series, but hey.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. “Wouldn’t the Forever Knights not want to work with aliens?”
If it was for their own personal gain, I’d say they would. They’ve even worked with Ben himself a number of times in Alien Force onward. Besides, it’s JUST Driscoll, and Driscoll wants to usurp The Knight’s order, and therefore, isn’t afraid to bend his morals for what he sees as ‘the greater good.’
2. “How did Dr. Viktor return from the Null Void to Earth?”
Don’t know, and I don’t think it really matters.
3. “Isn’t Driscoll’s plan just the Servantis Arc from Omniverse?”
Nope, but I figured people might make those connections just because both Driscoll and Servantis have put together teams in relation to Ben.
4. "Why didn't you add Phil Billings?"
He has his own story to go through in Omniverse, first becoming a mutant, and then joining the Rooters. We don't need to give Phil two teams to be a part of.
Can't wait for Alien Force, it has a Ton of epic moments (Also another good video, NICE).

Animo should have a Beetle suit and should also have the role of keeping Clancy in line using his animal control gear. There could also be a scene where Animo loses control of Clancy and gets attacked by him.

Once the Forever Knight starts using it, it affects the omnitrix like you say, which shows the silhouette of Feedback.
Plus riding on the back of the Giant Bat would make Animo effectively the “Dragon” of the team

Honestly, the inclusion of Kevin 11 in the Negative 10 was really obvious in retrospect. Real shame they didn’t go with it tho.
It’s pretty weird looking back at the original series and realizing the there were only FIVE episodes where Kevin had any focus
And with that bit Kuro added at the end with him becoming a victim of insanity only really broken through to by Gwen's calling, it would benefit more towards foreshadowing his turn to the side of good in Alien Force.

I think for Animo’s animal suit this time, he should go for something like a Chameleon. Not only would the suit give him enhanced strength and speed, but it would also give him the ability to climb walls and camouflage himself, and since he’s pulling off heists, camouflage would be the perfect ability to have.

(Omnitrix could corrupt Ben's DNA)
The conversation would be Ben is a great hero but what about tomorrow wever alien will come get that Omnitrix do you want to hold the world hostage to be a hero. This along with losing Feedback would make sense for ben to take off the Omnitrix in Alien Force.
This is so beautiful man how did you think of this, SICK

Nice idea. Which then slowly leads to their relationship in alien force/ultimate alien
Well he didnt lose his memories he just turned insane which in ua and ov show
She could try doing a spell that makes Kevin sane again. You know.

Having feedback appear here is the best thing I've ever heard in a ben 10 rewrite. It ties in so well to the future shows.

14:30 I think a really cool suit that would fit thematically would be a Manticore suit (Lion + Bat + Scorpion). Let me explain why:
-Manticores are often associated with European midevil folklore, which would be perfect as he’s teaming up with the Forever King
-Given that this is the effective series finale of the og series, I think his final suit should be something more bombastic than a regular animal
And as for abilities:
-The Lion aspects would include one gauntlet that enhances strength and has claws, as well as armor and a helmet that would look like a lions head with Animos face being in the mouth. There would also be boots that allow him to jump extra high
-The bat aspects would involve wings that only allow him to glide, so he’d still need the mutant bat, but also have built in speakers that can amplify the mutant bats supersonic screams
-The scorpion aspects would include, of course, a giant tail that could possibly be tipped with some sort of dizzying venom and a pincer gauntlet, which is why there would only be one lion gauntlet

@@cosmicdoggo9296 I would agree with you if he had actually KEPT mutating after his first amalgamation transformation but we see no such thing.
I did not expect Kevin to play a role here, but I absolutely love how you improved his design and changed his character

I love the axolotl idea, but, what about a pistol shrimp or a cuttlefish
(Who am I kidding, there is no chance you are going to read this)
Well I surely did bruh
This is dope! I really love how you address the retcons like Zombozo, Kevin and his feelings for Gwen, And feedback. And the new direction for Cooper is awesome.
Yeah and it’s got me thinking of Scooby Doo 2 monsters unleashed
The only things I can think of for Animo's suit would be either A: something based on Ben's aliens, such as an armadillo based suit that mimics Cannonbolt or maybe an XLR8 based suit with more of a punch from something like a mantis shrimp, or B: a full blown Chimera suit that brings together the best parts of all his previous suits
Animo could be like a panther being that they’re quiet and can climb a bit. These could be like a cool power cause he can like sneak up on Ben at one point. He also can climb things and use it as away of attack.
This could make a cool spinoff comic

Great job!
Well I think Rojo, Clancy and Sublimino do have so much potential

@Autobot Jazz I think it's cause they wanted someone from Season 1 beyond just Rojo.

@Ananasowy Vlog yeah
Honestly l think it would have been a good idea to have Phil part of the team. He would be the who give the Intel about plumbers base to driscoll(who l thunk shouldn't bz be a plumber), l would have him replace sublimino instead
I think Phil should’ve been the Forever King
Dr. Animo could have an Axolotl suit that lets him regenerate from attacks.
This is what The Negative Ten shouldve been. Just so much more detailed.
As He said in the beginning he had a decade worth of hindsight to cone up with this
Well kinda but I would just keep Sublimino over Logan because I think he could hypnotist Kevin to do Driscoll’s bidding like being the handler
I like the overall build of the team, but maybe a little foreshadowing in the previous episodes would help. Here's what I thought:
Divided We Stand: Animo recieves a visit, and we only hear metallic footsteps before fading to black
Don't Drink the Water: As Charmcaster leaves with Hex on her hands, Zombozo's silouette passes through the forest
Big Fat Alien Wedding: The water of the jacuzzi fills a container, held by the Forever Ninja (or in this case, Rojo)
Ben 4 Good Buddy: Glitchy news report of some sort of ship (or a humanoid wolf's skeleton) found empty in a state near where they are
Ready to Rumble: A newspaper talking about Kane mysteriously escaping prison
Kuro should DEFINITELY recreate this episode with this exact plot! It's just too good to leave out!
My friend didn’t know that Cooper was introduced in Negative 10 😂
So I guess they could return in Alien force or Ultimate Alien
@@srstriker6420 I'm talking about all series.
@@quantumsurge7250 oh right, but yes they have

When Feedback showed up, I had a legitimate cheer!
