Please make a video on how to stay focused while studying and avoid random thoughts... Plus sometimes i think my speed of studying is very low... I study very less and consume a lot of time... Please suggest me what to do... Thanks
Study with small duration firstly ...like 1 hour u study and take break of 10 min ....slowly increase the duration but never exceed 3 hours...u will stay focused with technique
Same problem with me. U cannot stop these thoughts to enter your mind. The only solution is to not take action for your distraction. If u think of using social media then don't touch your mobile. Switch it off and hide it somewhere. If u have random thoughts while studying just count 1,2,3,4,5 keeping your eyes closed and BOOM, the thought will get vanished. Do this everytime u get distracted. Practice meditation, it really helps. And remember one thing, only you can save yourself from getting distracted. No one else can do it for you. U can search for more videos on TH-cam or can take more advices from seniors but nothing will help unless you are willing to give up on these random thoughts. If your aim is clearly visible to you then nothing can distract you. You just have to believe in yourself. Hope this helps.
I saw your previous video where you mentioned abt ur weakness in phy , I'm also in the same condition in which you were ... but atleast you secured 90+ in boards but I got 68 in physics in this year 2021 isc 😪.... but I dream to be a doctor from AIIMS .... don't know what's gonna happening in future but I hope I can also cope up with my fear in phy and get 650+ in neet 2022😄
