If yes, you just plug ps4 External drive to PS5, then go to Settings>Save Data and Game/App Settings>Saved Data(PS4)>USB Drive, here, select the game you want tranfer, then select Copy.
@@howto_fix I replaced hdd with ssd at the time of selling i removed it from ps
I switch to mobile data and it's work, then switch back to my wifi
