For Delhi University undergrads pre-2017 batch , there is no Digi locker degree , plus college doesn't provide student portal . How to tackle this. Please someone in similar situation help me.
I am into a huge problem related to APS. I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents. The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name. So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name. I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them. What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??

I had received my aps document verification completed mail on 25 th april 2024. But I haven’t received any mail with the pdf. I received a mail in which they say it is attached to the mail. But actually there is no pdf attached to the mail. If anyone has any information or faced similar problem please let me know.

Ask your university to chase the APS certificate for you. Mail them your application id, university will contact German embassy Delhi regarding to fasten your APS process.
My professor responded to their email for verification on 2nd DEC but I received a mail from APS that "As per the verification process we have already send an email to the college or University but we have not received any response let. So Kindly contact to your college to respond our verification mail or share us the professors email id or student login id and password." on 15th Dec. So I asked my professor to reply once again and she did. I received the mail from APS again saying that they not received any response. What do I do now?

What really helps is that if you have got an admission from any university, you can mail the university to ask the APS offce to process the application faster. I had paid online and contacted the university as soon as possible, after my documents reached APS office. I recieved an APS certificate within 21 days from the day my documents reached APS office. P.S.: I also applied for APS very late (end of august), so this might also be the reason for fast APS processing because, the traffic might have decreased by then.

Just a tip for all, if you haven’t received your APS certificate please courier your documents again to them and write a cover letter stating how urgent are you in need for the certificate. I did that ! I applied last December and got it 2 months ago because I did this and also keep checkout your spam mail.

It depends on the university. Some universities will allow you some will not. Mostly universities that you'll have to apply through uni-assist might not allow you.

Get an affidavit saying that both name belongs to the same individual. In my opinion use the existing APS certificate for college application.

Sadly, you'll have to update your aps first or else try communicate it to the university.

There's nothing much you can do. If you've gotten an admit from any university, you can ask them to send a list of admitted students for priority verification.

I want to know that I am doing 1 year bachelor's from India and I will get my result around may of second semester so can I apply to University before getting my second semester result and regarding aps I can apply to University without aps as for aps it's written I have to submit 1 year transcript so can I apply to University before having aps certificate ?. Please guide me through this ..
It depends on the university. Some universities will allow you some will not. Mostly universities that you'll have to apply through uni-assist might not allow you.

That is something you'll have to raise a query with the APS officials or the university. They'll come up with a solution.

hello sis please help me actually maine apni 10th jis school se ki hai woh bnd ho gya hai abh pr 10th ka certificate mere pass hai punjab school education board and jis school se +2 kri hai maine woh govt school hai woh te immediately reply kr dega but mera 10th wala school bnd ho gya hai toh main kya kru abh yeh mere liye problem create krega???? Ya phir APS certificate direct punjab school education board mohali se varify krwaye jaate hai???

Its required for visa application. Apply for APS as early as possible
Time required for getting APS is 6 months and APS is required for applications submitting to Universities as well as visa.
