Master with fisheries
1.5 year job with 16-20k salary.
Resigned and Started preparation for class 1-2 ,2024. In between preparations, class 3 exam pop-up and qualified in pre. Maybe in Sti I could score better if I were focused only and only class 1-2.
The private sector gives us the opportunity without experience. But what about an employee's personal development, their family fulfillment. Nothing.
Private companies increase salary via hra ta da and all. Not to increase basic pay.
Because of basic pay I'm not eligible for class-3( technical )examination. That 1.5 years of experience is nothing in government.
The government should distinguish the government pay scale and private pay scale.
Minimum wages need to revise. It should be strictly followed by the industries. Other wise growth will be hindered.
Work culture and expectations of seniors from junior fellows with low salary made person only machines.
Humans cannot be machines.
