Hi..Request the CRO for a 2-seater letter , we need to drop the letter going to railway station or we can do it online?

What about the return station. Should we follow the same process like writing a request letter to the CRO of the return station as well?

Thank you for your query. You need to follow the same steps for your return journey. Please drop a letter to the CRO of the station from where your return train starts. Once you receive a confirmed coupe/cabin allocation you can book your dog's ticket from the parcel office or online. Hope it helps!

What if the TT says that 2 persons mentioned in cabin allocated needs to be cancelled due to no show and then allot these to other passengers?

@@AmiyaMahapatra09 Hello! If you have a confirmed ticket, you can always say that the passenger will get on the train from a later station. This is a standard practice, the TT should not allot the seats to another passenger then.

Writing application for the coupe is a MUST. This is to ensure you get a coupe/cabin. This needs to be done 3/4 days before day of travel.
Going to the parcel office or online booking portal for dog's tickets are alternatives to each other. This has to be done after your coupe/cabin is confirmed, which is 6 hours before travel. As long as you do one of these two, you don't have to do the other.
