    Když slyším tuto nahrávku říkám si, jak se v těch časech Baroka měli asi krásně, když se jim tam rodila taková nádherná hudba. A jak se máme krásně my dnes, když nám tuto hudbu tak nádherně, citlivě a osobitě interpretuješ, Petře.👍 Děkuji velmi, a nechť jsou Ti Múzy stále nablízku.

    A jewel from Bach's earlier compositions for organ: these variations are also very instructive for composition and improvisation classes. Your performance is so first-class the ones I have with Kraft, Viderø and Pécsi. Congratulations!

    Je suis organiste amateur à un tout petit niveau. Je suis sidéré de voir à ce jour ce qu'on peut faire avec un orgue portable de moins de 3000 euros... La qualité sonore de cet instrument est époustouflante comparée aux orgues d'appartement de base qui coutaient environ 10000 euros au début des années 2000... De plus, on peut dorénavant l'emporter partout,... Quant à la virtuosité et au talent de notre jeune organiste, il impose tout simplement mon respect le plus humble. Bravo à vous pour la qualité de l'exécution de ce chef d'œuvre du répertoire de Bach et meilleures salutations du Nord-est de la France et de la région des orgues Silbermann (Alsace),...

    That's very nice! I'd like to have a similar set up but I don't like the rocking tabs for the stops. The keyboards seem a bit too low for you and you have to sit a bit too far out, your arms have to stretch a bit especially when reaching the top manual. Be careful not to cause strain injury.😊

    You’re here doing the work of God with this amazingly accurate instrument! I’d relate myself to this setup & the great music of Bach. Words cannot describe the abundance of such pure musical joy coming straight from the soul! Is the sound recorded from the organ stock or modified to sound it better in quality? And I’m totally sold on this instrument, because of its portability & sound quality. I don’t think I can compare anything else out there that I’ve looked around for with such quality. Do these instruments go pretty expensive? Because I’m looking to buy one just as yours for sure!

    • @pjotertheorganist
      @pjotertheorganist  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much!
      Audio was recorded from audio output directly from the instrument.
      These instruments are perhaps the cheapest digital organs on the market, but the basic price does not include a pedalboard, table, bench neither crescendo and swell pedals, but only a "block" of two manuals, which is also separately usable and compatible with MIDI. That's why I didn't buy the original Viscount pedalboard, but I use another MIDI pedalboard which I had available.
      But try to look at the new Viscount Cantorum TRIO, which already has three manuals and is affordable! ;)

    • @ProdigyImprovisation
      @ProdigyImprovisation 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pjotertheorganist One thing that concerns me is if the Organ sounds just as good with outside speakers compared to the audio output directly from the instrument. I mean for a recording obviously the audio output would sound better & clearer, but what about if you’re sitting next to it as an audience?

    • @pjotertheorganist
      @pjotertheorganist  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ProdigyImprovisation With a good speaker system, they sound very good next to it as an audience. I'm using a Hi-Fi system for this (2.1, but 5.1 is possible). When I tried only a big combo for keyboards and guitars, it didn't sound good.

    Pjoter, excellent playing! I found this video again after watching a year earlier. Can you answer several questions for me please? How do you like the touch of Cantorum Duo? Does it remind of mechanical action? Also is it reliable? Are there any sticking keys after long use? Do the pistons and buttons send MIDI messages? Thanks in advance!

    • @pjotertheorganist
      @pjotertheorganist  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks a lot!
      Ask anything.
      It is very enjoyable to the touch, the surface of the keys is not glossy. The keyboards have a simulation of mechanical tracker action - Druckpunkt, I think it's a good way.
      I haven't noticed a failure or any sticking yet.
      Keys and stops send MIDI messages, even when used with Hauptwerk software, tuning changes are synchronized, but this is always necessary to re-calibrate (reset) after load a sample set. And beware, couplers don't send MIDI messages, but couple in an instrument, so they will work, but cannot be controlled via MIDI.
