One thing my parents modeled really well for my siblings and I is that they would fight or disagree with each other in front of us but they would always always always make it a point to show the resolution or asking forgiveness in front of us as well so we could see both sides

We all know the Eras Tour & Taylor Swift is a big cultural event in the music industry right now (whether you like her or not) but mentioning her for what was maybe a 1/10th of the video and to put her in the title does feel misleading. And as some other people said here, it's almost like there was some subliminal shade? Like leaving out the 4min argument was a way to stir up the comment section for the video? I know it’s ‘cool’ to dislike Taylor Swift but Jess I actually feel like if you got over that and listened to her you’d reallyyy like her. A big example of a generational curse is teen pregnancy. There are many generations of women and men that have become teen parents in my family. I made a conscious effort to break that curse. I didn’t want that to carry on with me and pray that it won’t in future generations.

Imo, Freddie Mercury's Queen is the best artist of all time. Other artists engage with their audiences because of Freddie. No other artists did that before him. His vocal range was also more wide ranging than Taylor Swift's. No discredit to Taylor, I like some of her music and love that she is a songwriter too and appreciate it. She's just a step down from Freddie in my view. She's also not donated entire concert profits to charity like Freddie did with the AIDs Foundation and she can afford to. But she does have many great personal qualities, and a good sense of humour, especially on the Ellen show hahaha😂. Some celebs are just too serious, so that gets her points in my view. Also, fighting for artists rights in the music industry also gets her points for me as well. But she's no Freddie vocally. She has a nice voice, she just has a limited octave range imo. However if you do go on the Eras Tour, enjoy!!😁

I loooovveee you guys, but with the first question (I also am a ftm and me and my husband had to talk a LOT out) I understand the initial addressing the situation and communicating how you feel, but because the mom usually leans towards doing more for the baby it still is a lot to also have to tell the husband what he should be doing as well. And after addressing it with each other, I think the dad should learn to just willingly try to do more without having been asked because there already is a lot weighing on the moms mind that we can become scatter brained. Obviously it won’t be that easy and it will take a while to adjust but I just think it’s important to explain how some moms brain works and how much more help she needs than she would ask for. Jess is so sweet and even though we don’t see every side of her, I’m sure it can get frustrating. I’m also 100% sure Gabe is an amazing dad, it’s not his fault if he can’t think of everything to do, I’m not trying to send any hate at all. Love you guys, just think it’s a new growth stage everyone has a LOT to adjust to. You guys are doing amazing, good communication with each other. (She’s also super cool because in the face of receiving SOOOOO much hate simply for embracing girliness, she refuses to be pressured to change and continues to fully embrace her girliness which is so important for women - she's determined to insist you can be girly and also talented, because you can! :) It's such a sexist thing for people to see girliness and automatically think bad, uncool, vapid, talentless, annoying. Her music doesn't have to be anyone's taste, but they absolutely cannot say she is untalented or vapid because it's based on nothing but sexism)
P.S. for those entering their Taylor Swift era, hi! if you want further proof of her talent, watch the first ten minutes of her REPUTATION tour on Netflix. There is no way you can watch that and not appreciate her talent as a performer, even if its not your style :)

A big example of a generational curse is teen pregnancy. There are many generations of women and men that have become teen parents in my family. I made a conscious effort to break that curse. I didn’t want that to carry on with me and pray that it won’t in future generations.

I wholeheartedly think that if you both (especially you Jess) gave Taylor swift a chance you would fall IN LOVE with her music. She’s arguably one of the best artists and lyricists of all time (the best imo). Imo, Freddie Mercury's Queen is the best artist of all time. Other artists engage with their audiences because of Freddie. No other artists did that before him. His vocal range was also more wide ranging than Taylor Swift's. No discredit to Taylor, I like some of her music and love that she is a songwriter too and appreciate it. She's just a step down from Freddie in my view. She's also not donated entire concert profits to charity like Freddie did with the AIDs Foundation and she can afford to. But she does have many great personal qualities, and a good sense of humour, especially on the Ellen show hahaha😂. Some celebs are just too serious, so that gets her points in my view. Also, fighting for artists rights in the music industry also gets her points for me as well. But she's no Freddie vocally. She has a nice voice, she just has a limited octave range imo. However if you do go on the Eras Tour, enjoy!!😁

awe, Jess has such humble expectations in life raise some chickens, homeschool and have a garden, I just got chickens a few months ago, I've been homeschooling my kids for 8 yrs now and second year of gardening and the simple things in life are truly what it's about ❤

Finally I got the answer to the introduction and ending...😢 I miss the another day and another vlog though!
I loooovveee you guys, but with the first question (I also am a ftm and me and my husband had to talk a LOT out) I understand the initial addressing the situation and communicating how you feel, but because the mom usually leans towards doing more for the baby it still is a lot to also have to tell the husband what he should be doing as well. And after addressing it with each other, I think the dad should learn to just willingly try to do more without having been asked because there already is a lot weighing on the moms mind that we can become scatter brained. Obviously it won’t be that easy and it will take a while to adjust but I just think it’s important to explain how some moms brain works and how much more help she needs than she would ask for. Jess is so sweet and even though we don’t see every side of her, I’m sure it can get frustrating. I’m also 100% sure Gabe is an amazing dad, it’s not his fault if he can’t think of everything to do, I’m not trying to send any hate at all. Love you guys, just think it’s a new growth stage everyone has a LOT to adjust to. You guys are doing amazing, good communication with each other. But maybe something Jess is too nice to say how she feels about if she even realizes it may weigh on her the longer it goes on. Love you guys so so much, sorry this is sooo long. But in any way, we can all just do the best we can as new parents, and do what is best for out mental health and baby 🤍

Gabriel depression is not who you are. We need to walk by the spirit and understand that depression is not your pourtion as a child of God it does not belong to you dont accept it. You need to belive that you have Joy in Jesus. And hold onto the presence of God more and seek him more and you will see where your Joy is a freedom from doeression is in Jesus Brothwr but literally in Jesus in His presence we can walk in all the time but we must fully surrender our lives over to Jesus.
