Best Kid's Model Toy Stirling Educational Engine Pack Group Collection Budget Model Engine Pack
I have got the low temp stirling and it's an absolute joy to just listen to and watch
Yes, if you want gteh VERY best "heat of the hand" engine get one by Kontax UK, model KS90T is simply hypnotic as well as joyous. However with today's test of these Chinese Stirling engines, I think these high temp engines are now better than Kontax's high temp ones. My Kontax Rhombic was a bit sloppy
@@ThomasPCGuruENGINES will check them out. The Chinese ones are getting really good with fiber tolerance and better running . Which is great to see
Thanks for showing us the models.
My pleasure. Thanks for watching!
Stirlingkit reached out and asked me to review these engines as a "pack". Want to get some kids away from screens an d into model engineering? Pack is under $160 at time of writing. Thanks Stirlingkit, I enjoyed the models and was impressed
On the thermoacoustic you put the burner in front of the stainless wool😎
Bwaaaaaahahahaha "pro tip" my man yes. I will try that! Than k you.... :)
Exelant video
The others didn't sound too happy about the blow torch in the house lol
Im no expert on Stirling engines, i only specialize on steam engines, but unless a Stirling engine has a water cooled system, they could reach a point where the air inside has heated so much that the engine will stop until it's cooled
Yeah the others in the house should be used to the blowtorch occasionally lol
You're right, it couldn't take that kind of heat forever and most of these model Stirling engines reach a heat "plateau" where the temperature is too hot for best performance, but not getting any hotter. Excepting the blow torch which would melt it I think
nice
So nice
