The more I watch this the more I realize that this is essentially modern Turbo Outrun but themed to street racing and tuner culture. Since it is using a modified variant of the engine In Outrun 2 it seems like. Still absolutely over the top and awesome though.
I didn't play on the arcade with this awesome game when i was in San Juan, It's not on Puerto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, China, Hong Kong, Korean, France, Australia, London United Kingdom, All the world we want this game for the legendary game of street racing!

Once you download this game, you have to find the unused files that have these cars (the Mustang ‘65, GT 2006, GTR R35, also the Corvette C3), if you did, you may play with these cars

This is the 4:3 VGA version. I already captured the widescreen HD version yrs. ago and had to crop it because of the nitro screen, which is still in 4:3.
