    Wow! The "cheat clean", the "gunslinger swing" and the "elbow back" techniques are priceless for a beginner like me! Nobody mentioned these in any other videos, and i didn't understand why did i hit my arm with the bell every time. Thank you really much!

    Best clean demo I have seen. I was using my back too much on the clean and press.

      You don’t see most women being able to manage that more midline rack position in your experience? If they can do you believe that position is ideal?

    Thank you very much. I ask me why it is Not good to "chicken wing" it like in 1:26 min said? I find the proper Version like you showed easier but did intuitiv the "chicken wing" style. I would do both in Chance per repetiation, or is there a seroius reason against this idea? Someone got an idea?

    There isn't a cleaner clean nor a cleaner breakdown for the clean

    Hello! I'm working Simple and Sinister program, my work bells are 36kg (swing and TGU), 44kg (swings). I would like to start Kettlebell Muscle program with double 20kg bells. Can you recommend me some kind of "transitioning program" between these two? C&P ladders from Enter the Kettlebell? GTG C&P? You see, I'd like to start to do more presses, but I don't want to lose my current working intensity. Thank you for your advice!

    How do you relieve pressure from the forearm?

    • @HardstyleKettlebellPro
      @HardstyleKettlebellPro  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Thorpe Obazee you cannot. It's something you'll always deal with kettlebell.

      Your forearms get used to it. They become much stronger after a few weeks as long as you practice. That was my experience.
