Also to be complaining that tour companies are following the protocol - which isn't constantly changing - and then bragging about how she goes to a beach and doesn't follow the rules. if all she is going to do is complain about Puerto Rico she should stop doing these videos.

Hey lighten up guys. Jen is providing useful information. As far as the so called whining Jen has been under quarantine in Puerto Rico since day one. She like many people around the world is probably at her wits end. And what’s your definition of a local ? Is it based on ethnicity , race , place of birth ? My father was and his parents were born in Puerto Rico , l lived in the United States my entire life. I have purchased a home in Puerto Rico in 2016 and plan to retire in Puerto Rico soon. Let me know what I need to do to meet your requirements to becoming a local since it looks like you self appointed yourself as an authority in this area. I feel generous so I will give you a little help in this area. First , where is your domicile ? Where do you lay your head down to sleep ? Where do you receive mail ? What jurisdiction is your drivers license from ? Where do you vote ? Where do you bank ? Where is your doctor ? What church do you attend ? Answer these questions and you will know if you are a local or not. By the way I live in New Jersey and there are many Covid test sites around but I could not off the top of my head tell you where. As I said when I started this , lighten up.
