WHO WE ARE:
We are Alex & James. Originally from the UK, but also citizens of Australia after living there for 5 years. When we left the UK in 2014, we quickly caught the #travelbug and began making memories through video and photo. In 2014 we left the UK to go travelling.
In 2015 we moved to AUSTRALIA.
In 2016 we got engaged in HAWAII.
In 2018 we got married in the PHILIPPINES.
In 2019, we decided to chase our dreams! We quit our jobs, sold our belongings and booked a one day ticket to Asia.
In 2020 we became Australian citizens!

Why the exit time of 4pm? Did you arrive between 3pm and 4pm 14 days before that? My wife is flying in soon and our understanding was that the government counted a "full day" as midnight to midnight which suggested being allowed to leave at midnight.

Hey! We actually arrived at 11pm and had the choice to leave at 4pm. I think it varies on hotel to hotel and state to state.

How confusing! Thank you for responding. Since making the comment, I found a PDF on the WA government's COVID site saying that they count 14 days from the time and date the plane lands. I'm sure I read elsewhere of counting midnight to midnight but it may vary by state.
