Judging from their reactions, it's definitely a raw fruit with potent and concentrated alcohol. So potent to the point it needs to be distilled and diluted with water to made it safe to drink instead of eaten. Basically, not suitable for MC since he, Junah and Eupha are not adults yet.

Most of this girls are pushin 30s, even maybe 40s
Junah and Eupha are both pretty young. Around 20, similar to Will’s 18. It’s only Hulkenburg and possibly Gallica who are older.
