u wanna get rid of backpain, you need to exercise. Especially your abs, back of thighs and glutes. There is no other way, it's gonna be worse with time.

Yeah virtue on wukong made no sense he scales with armor and mr so gargoyle was best option and virtue could have still healed him on another character
Just replace the Virtue with preserver emblem, that will be fine
For back pain, consider building back muscle. I've seen it help people specifically after back injuries. They started working out and built back muscle, which led to their back joints/nerves having less pressure on them (kind of my assumption of what's happening).

I love your vids they are so full of life and make my days so very happy :D Also Bro I used to have sever back pain too I am also young, how I fixed it is I just did all the major body stretches every single morning and over a period of months of consistency my back pain was gone, hope that helps mate.
deal with the back pain? so there you go: Stretch yourself regularly and for sure, don't forgot to do lombaires exercices, that should help you! improve your core (abs, lombar, glutes, cardio) that's it my man! Good lucky! I deal with that every day ;) no pain anymore!

Hey Sunhide, Im also 26 years old and have had backpain in the past until I found a mentor who taught me how to treat this for me and other people.
More important than stengthening your back muscles is stretching every 2 days.
The stretches should vary depending on the location of your pain. Is the pain mostly located in the upper, middle or lower section of your back, also what kind of pain is it? Does it feel like a needle, something that needs to be popped or maybe even already radiating down into your legs?
There a lots of things to consider, but trust me when I say this: I can help you.
