Bruh I took a screenshot of 3 star Nomsy's stats to compare it with 4 star but you didn't click on it a single time... Anyways I read an article about 4 stars and it said that it upgrades stats for the same amount as it upgraded your 2 star. So if dmg went up from 800 to 1400 (+600), then 4 star has 2000. I couldn't find any articles that say 4 stars are useless, so I guess rito guy just lied to you
