After watching this video, I end up in the limbo. So, the material is i-tech laminating sheet and there's printed layout, PVC film, PVC sheet and PVC ID. What else? I don't see consistency in the use of terminologies referring to the materials used. I know there is PVC card that doesn't need lamination. So, Which one is which???????
I print it, it looks nice and neat but my customers brought it back and I saw that all the images and text faded and got blurry. Did I do something wrong?

Toner is good for pvc. Not the inkjet, it won't last long
