The only reason to get these is so you can do a batch at the same time, other than that...the results are the same as a cheap mug press, I did assume with these you could make the images go closer to each side of the handle but clearly that's not the case

Sublimation is permanent, the picture will remain after washing.
Don't use scrub.. Hand wash only...

12 mins for mug. 6 minutes for cases with aluminium moulds and 9 minutes with wooden moulds.

You might be using the wrong ink. It must be sublimation ink.
