Lots of milk tea shops in Canada. Kelowna, BC where I live has a Taiwan restaurant which also sells milk tea. Just started getting fall weather here, now I am drinking green tea or oolong tea with some fresh ginger in it.
Very surprised people are complaining about the accent. seems pretty basic stuff to me. Go to south Taiwan and talk to some old lady then you know what a strong accent sounds like.
Agree, it's a great video for mandarin learners, subtitles are there as well! I think people try to rush language learning so get annoyed when something trips them up but they should just be honest with their level and keep absorbing information (including accents!)
Errrr... I think you are right. Recently I have been to the airport in Istanbul, they made good sign of '热水'(hot water) inside the airport for the Chinese passengers.😅
@@EasyMandarin Ahhaha, I was recently on a Finland-Estonia ferry and they also had a cold water fountain labeled in Finnish, Estonian and English, and then a hot water machine labeled _only_ 热水。Target audience,..
@@creativeguy224 In a lot of accents people can have more of an 'l' -sound sometimes in places where standard mandarin would have 'n'. I think it's actually helpful to hear examples of that so you don't get blindsided the first time you hear it in the wild.
I used to live in China and I love China and I love tea. But THAT is really disgusting, especially the slimy thing on the bottom. If someone wants to show disrespect for tea they drink
Milk tea has started getting more popular in the states, not nearly as popular as coffee but its a great treat

lol that one guy really said "奶茶?nah i'd rather drink whiskey tbh"🤣
Yeah, he prefers whiskey and red wine.
Milk tea and bubble tea have become quite popular in Switzerland.
Yeah, I have seen a lot of bubble tea shops in Denmark too.
Very popular in US as well. Especially bubble tea

I prefer this accent over the northern/beijing one
You are expert ? 😅😂
Good to see 👀 🎉
That explains the accent. Thanks.
I guess it's not the most popular drink. The most popular one is hot water.

Good one
I miss the traditional Chinese subtitle
They sound similar to taiwanese compared to northen chinese
I want to learn Chinese 🇨🇳❤️ inshallah❤
Wô xihuan kaffeï 😅

The accent...is killing me.
Even Chinese people are bothered by all kinds of accents in China, so you are not the only one.
Why? I like it
Is this in Guangzhou or Foshan?
Totally wrong Mandarin....
They have southern accent
Explain
How are you going to say the way native people speak the language is wrong
Are you a northerner?
Is there a wrong english too . Uneducated comment at best .
