Started reading Yang Sheng yesterday and loving it. I also read the Bullet Journal and Dot Journaling recently, both highly recommended.
What a wonderful episode. I am curious to know, how you know when that delicate frequency is achieved? Is it a feeling of release?
Just curious, can foot bathing also work the same as having a normal bath? Or must that part be done seperately ?? I bath almost nightly since I was in my 20s (now 42) with a dash of olive oil and Epsom salt added in the tub. Heavenly ❤
PS, people comment to this day how soft an young my skin is still 😊
I love to do all this , and buy her products . But i dont work anymore and on low income , i find very expensive to have all her lovely products etc…
