Am I the only one to notice that the chunk of butter that hit the floor made its way back on the grill? There were 3 pieces of butter on the grill...He puts down the main piece and there is an edit going back to the grill with 4 pieces...One of the pieces has black stuff on it

THAT'S THE GARLIC CHUTNEY WHICH WAS LEFT ON KNIFE AND BURNT SO TURNED BLACK AND HE USED SAME KNIFE FOR BUTTER
That guy picked up the dropped butter and put it on the tava because 0:38 u can see black black spot on butter which usually are seeing when cheese or panner or butter are fallen down so the dirt on the hotel floor get stick to it.

This vendor has 3 stores and making vada pav in real amul butter since 20 years . Maharastrian Owner was working as a ward boy in hospital and stated a thela outside of same hospital.
He used to work as ward boy now he send people to hospital

The best place for vadapav in Ahmedabad is right next to bank of baroda at ambawadi in front of central mall. It calls Mahadev vadapav. Have anyone had it?

The name of the stall says “Bombay vadapav”, by no means that is Bombay vadapav. The amount of grease and tiny size of the vada is not Bombay like at all. In Mumbai vadapav, the vada is the king of the whole dish and chutneys or sukha chutneys add a dash to the palate.

Absolutely first copy of the actual authentic vada pav that you get in mumbai ..thats not at all the way to serve vada pav , they are hardly serving any chutney ..first vendor whos using a tawa at a vadapav joint 😂😂
This is the actual copy. Because its different totally from what you get in mumbai. I have eaten both. Here chutney is first fried in butter and then pav absorbs it . Hence no need to serve it separately. Both mumbai style vada pav and ahmedabad style vada pav have their own taste. Honestly i liked the ahmedabad's version .
