So glad I checked your channel. Considering I just got my surgery scheduled, I’ve already been falling into depressive episodes and anxiety preparing myself for this surgery. People usually only talk about the recovery of surgery, or those around me tell me they’re excited for me that I finally got my surgery scheduled, but fail to inquire about how I feel about it (aka how I’m struggling in preparing myself for it). So happy though for you, again, that you’ve finally gotten your surgery. I’m seriously looking forward to seeing your recovery vids
YES this comment is exactly why I made this video! There are so many aspects to having this surgery! Its not just having it itself! I am here for you if you ever want to talk. Try to implement deep breathing practices now for your anxiety. I use the app calm and take 3 deep breaths to center myself. Hopefully it helps. Glad you're coming along this journey

I also got adult braces for my underbite & the bite has gone so much worse. Even when I talk I feel so weird🥺. Can totally relate about the surgery anxiety after watching some TH-cam videos! Sending you lots of positive vibes for your surgery! Excited to see it all works out ❤️❤️
