He really needs to upgrade his stone on his "main" geesh, 147k hp is terrible for doing Akkan. In fact all his characters need stone upgrades, idk how he missed this feature entirely, it makes a huge difference in survivability because all pots scale off max hp.
spec bard is actually cheap for build but the expenssive side its the gems xd, without decent gems, dont even think of playing her (saying this but i still have an spec bard with lv7 gems)
Depends on the class and depends on how low quality the blue is. Spec classes and Sura Breaker will require very high qualities for their accessories and low qualities can sometimes make the class pretty unplayable but other classes you can afford to get some lower qualities (though not too low). Typically for I try to shoot for as close to 290+ stat on a ring/earring as possible and the necklace I want as close to 490+ as possible.

To maximize raid cap you need 1050 for hunger . That was poor advice
