Incontinence is a huge problem for so many . Your comment got me interested so I did some research on it. I am finding it’s making a huge difference in my body.

👋I’m 56yrs old n have been goin thru it for around 8-9mths, I’m desperate 2 know ur secrets I wake up every morning head 2 toe full on sweating, everything has 2 be washed/laundered daily, my weight gain is thru the roof n I’m unhappy 😞
Working and being tied to a PC all day, even from home, is hard. Ugh! Can you please do a video on caster oil? I heard it has benefits but I have no idea how to use it. I know you mentioned it in a previous video. Hope your toe heals quickly. ❤
Hi Tracy! I always take something away from all your videos and my take away is doing something about my sitting all day. I did not realize this until you mentioned it, so I will take 5 min every hour and do a quick walk, or some sort of activity and now be more mindful of not sitting for long periods of time. I also would love it if you can make a 30min excercise video - I am fairly new to your channel so not sure if you already have one, maybe you can just link it for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙂💕
Love you Tracy! I also just got a walking pad. I'm trying to get on a plan to walk at least 30 mins 4 to 5 times a week. I have weights, my ball, palates bar, ect...i have everything I need right in my office to get into shape but motivation 😂 I'm 50 years old going through menopause i hate it!!! I got to get myself together...thank you for your videos...I'm subscribed and watching. See you soon ❤
Also what helped me is eating a cucumber daily, I make a smoothie daily with hemp seeds, flaxseed, ashwaghanda and blueberries it helps me so much to be regular even twice a day! Also figs help and lots of water
Hey, you can try adding soaked chia seeds to your diet! They’re rich in fiber and create a gel-like consistency when you soak them which can help keep things moving smoothly in your digestive system.
I was listening to a marathon runner talking about how after she ran and overtrained she filled up with lower body fluid, lower body pain in quads, also insomnia and rashes form increased cortisol. I think this is a serious issue with women - sounds like it can take weeks to months to reverse this issue. What are your thoughts? I am not a runner but I know when i have overdone it and I have had insomnia with intense hunger and swelling/pain. What do you recommend? I know the obvious is to cut back and have more rest. I have been doing more yoga, pilates and walking.
What's your opinion on using an exercise bike during perimenopause? I've been frightened off with all the talk of cortisol with aerobic exercise causing weight gain. My exercise bike is my only exercise machine in the house though
I love your videos, all of them are realistic at all 😊. I start with the symptoms 8 moths ago and I am already with an specialist, hopefully in a few weeks I will be better 😊
