I was taught that i need to drink the lemon juice within 10 minutes after i squeeze it to keep the natural digestive enzymes active. Which means I have to freshly squeeze the lemon juice every time I need a lemonade drink.
Im on day 14 just starting to reintroduce soups, have lost 15 lbs i feel amazing, my skin is glowing, ive started running again after years of not exercising much at all. My nails have strengthened and grown quite a bit in the two weeks. I feel like ive done a total mind reset aswell, I feel so happy inside, sleeping through the night, my snoring has minimised hugely. And just so proud of myself too. Focused, motivated to carry on my much needed weight loss journey. I would highly highly recommend doing the master cleanse. You get through the hunger pains on day 2 or 3, then you feel amazing energised, clear headed. Really makes you think about how much we eat out of habit and not hunger. *I think that if you plan a drastic change of habits you have to UNDERSTAND - neurogenesis to work with you and the fact that this occurs every 21 days* - In order to STABLISH a complete change on eating habits - YOU HAVE TO MULTIPLY IT times 3* wich comes out to 63! - a crash diet during 63 nope but what about 30 to 40 and then have ready a sensible healthy eating plan - to continue* as a stable healthier eating life style at the end of the 63 days - you can apply another 63 days of starting a new exercise program that you like by sustaing it. *Even if is a Life of Challenge* that keeps multiplying - I see this Master Cleanse Diet as a good *JUMP START* not as a crash diet. Specially if you design it lile the way I mention here. So I heard someone saying she or he did 34 days wuao !
I think the salt water doesn’t even cause me to go to the bathroom but I already eat only raw vegan low on fat for years nd do coffee enemas daily for years so I don’t do the salt water and in about two days all the solid food is out of me …. The more backed up you are the more you benefit from all the laxatives .. my benefit is resting my gut from solid food which is huge . All eating is a burden on the body and all fasting increases my energy so much I almost hate eating

What is that funky material that's comes out into the toilet on the Master Cleanser? Like is that stuff coming off the lining of the intestines, stuff from the liver, or maybe something else?

You don’t have to have the drink like warm, it’s just the salt water flush that needs to be a certain temperature

It's recommended to do it every morning, first thing. Check out the book I share in the video. It's a great resource and what I used as my guide.

Yes that is ideal. I do mine in the morning before I leave the house when I know I’m going to be gone for several hours.

What happened post cleanse? Did you gain any weight back or did you go on a sustainable diet?
I was able to maintain for quite some time and I was very motivated to maintain a reasonable diet. I do it periodically when I need the reset again.
