one thing that really helped me was that before scrubbing my whole body i wash each armpit for 2 min and then i wash my entire body and before leaving the shower i use a spin brush and benzoyl peroxide and wash my armpits.

Hi Chica you really got me motivated again to self care! Fyi if the shampoo, conditioner or lotions have comodogenic (pore clogging) oils such as coconut oil or olive oil they can cause b-acne. Jojoba and Almond oils are in the clear they don't cause pores to clog. Also whatever rubs on your arms and hair can rub on ur face while sleeping so that too can cause acne. I learned that the hard way.
Dear, I am so proud of how you take care of yourself. There are so many young girls/young women that could use your advice. As for your acne issue, you may want to try a detox and take some probiotics. Typically when there is an issue with acne, yes...it can be hormonal and at 18, I'm sure that is an issue. However, acne is also caused by issues in the gut ( which a probiotic will help resolve that). Also. check out milk thistle it is used to detox the liver which will help with your acne. Keep on doing your thing and I wish you well.

U were the one who put me on to dr bronnwrs and follow up with Dove ive been doing that ever since !!! Dr bronner has shaving soap u shud try it. And the dr. Teals has Epsom salt scrubs
If your suffering with back acne the best thing to do is when u wash your hair rinse it and then shower. And when you're showering use a soap that's going to strip all the hair product from off your skin. U can use Dr Bronners or any soap that's going to strip your skin. Using dove is not going to work since it's moisturizing . This is what I did and it prevented me from having back acne and chest acne

I have lost cherry dupe and it lasts a long while on me. I later it with jergens cherry almond lotion…smells amazing!
