- "There's sheep hunts that seem easy, and then there's hunts that you struggle for. But I'm not the type of person that's going to shy away from that". We were fortunate enough this fall to have Remi Warren join us for a sheep hunt. Hunting sheep is no small endeavour. Let alone, doing it with a bow. Nevertheless, Remi and Kent stick it out on a 14 day leg burner. Watch Season 3 Episode 5 now.

Great video....the banter and outtakes we're excellent. Especially seeing Ranger Remi ensuring all the rules were being followed.
Beautiful cinematography! The true nature of hunting and the sheep grind. Thanks for taking us along
I was more impressed with the old timer Lab-- obviously his buddy--fantastic - from Wyoming
18 minutes, blessed. It just sucks when they end 🤣 you guys have wicked content
Ha! We appreciate the support.
Anyone that takes their dog along is Alright in my book !!
sometimes the adventure is more than the kill. All you ask for is the opportunity to get there and get after it. Great film as always.
Thank you for showing all of us the hard work that goes into any hunt. You don't always get the target but you always get memories
I think it is very tough on body and mind to spend two week up and down the mountain ranges looking for a legal ram. It is beyond sport. Pushing the limit of endurance and determination. Right on!
Good effort! Like you said, that’s sheep hunting! Great video! Thanks
Fantastic film! What a grinder of a hunt. Really showed the realities of sheep hunting.
Thanks guys!
The outtakes were great.
That was a awesome video, beautiful country, I hunt alberta mountains for big horn very nice aswel, looked like a blast hopefully next time remi can get on a ram!
Awesome to watch, dream hunt for sure. Thanks for sharing!!
Glad you enjoyed it Pedro.
The bloopers were hilarious!!!
Great video. Been there myself. Lots of hard work and sometimes it just doesn't work out like you hoped. Keep on!
Great production man, really enjoyed that one! Keep rocking it!🦌🌲😎🤘
Gotta love the humor!🤣
Enjoyed that!
Love the ending
Hopefully there's a part 2 of this soon!!!
Thanks for a great film ❤ Can’t work out every time.
Definitely a bucket list hunt for me
When I'm watching hunting shows and Remi is involved, I pay attention!!!!
What did you expect when you booked your camp sites at the KOA? Comedy GOLD!
Enjoyed the video. Found Remi thru meat eater channel. Now a fan
Amazing job guys that's tough to be there so long and not see a legal ram. But I am very impressed you guys chose to pass and not make a play being so close to legal a lot of guys don't act ethical and awesome to see you guys setting great example even if means going home empty handed on a once in a lifetime hunt. Amazing cinematography as well.
We appreciate the kind words!
That was the longest clicking scene Ive witnessed.... great as always!
Now that you say that... It is pretty long 😂
@@backcountrybcandbeyond no matter the editing, all the videos are gold! These videos keep me dreaming til I pull my bighorn sheep tag in NW Wyoming.
Remi’s face is the universal look of disappointment. Crazy to see that even some of the worlds most successful hunters still get skunked. Hopefully he gets another kick at that hunt!!! Cool short film.
That's dog is smarter than most!!!
Super awesome! I’ve gotta know though, what does the dog pack around?
His own dog food, jet boil, jet boil fuel, granola bars, crocs, his jacket, water dish, sometimes a tent.
misc. stuff..... work out to 15-18 lbs
What camera was this shot on? This is some of the best quality i have seen in a while. So crisp and the shots are awesome. Great angles and perspectives. Just awesome content.
Thanks for the kind words! This was shot on a Canon R5.
@@backcountrybcandbeyond ah ok thanks for that info. Its a very clean video and i just love it.
Never seen anybody take their dogs that's cool man's best friend
Bear alarm! And distractor!
awesome vid. love seeing the dog handle the miles and elevations. why isn't the dog wearing some type of dog boots? what are you not taking for a human to replace the weight in dog food?
This must be Sitkas new optifade ridge reaper. 😂
Great film, but I have got to know what that handheld pump is for the sleeping pad!

Dog is a trooper! What kind of pack does it have on?
He sure is. That's a custom sewn pack!
Great video. Love sheep bow hunting videos but the dog steals the show. Luckiest dog ever.
Glad you were able to maintain a great sense of humour throughout. That camp operator was a bit of a dick though! :)
Great film! What tent did Remi have? I spy a new tent?
Thanks! That's classified...
Great video!
Any details on the dogs pack???
Thanks! It's a custom one that Sitka Gear did for us. But they're loosely based off of Wenaha Dog packs.
Do you have a video with your camera settings/lenses/etc?
Can we get a brand drop on that little mattress pump? Must...have...pump.

Anyone know the song at 15:12 when Remi starts talking? Awesome film guys!
Thanks! Song is Farther Along by Bamboo

That was a Soulo
Never seen a dog with saddlebags on before what in the wide wide world of sports is going on out there!?
We use him as a pack dog! He carries food and other gear. We also put sheep meat in there when we get a ram down. He's a big help.
