Usually these cases are a civil matter. Kingston didn’t go to the AV shop, steal a TV then go home and mount it. There was a contract involved between two parties. The SWAT team involved sounds more like abuse of tax payer dollars. It’ll be interesting to see what BS is on the search warrant.
