If police offices want to individually sue citizens then qualified immunity must be ended immediately .
Not ready for that conversation though
I absolutely agree with you.
That’s a good point.
Police officers are the real Sovereign Citizens.
The people at fault are the ones who issued the warrant and built the case, not the officers who participated in the raid. Should there be a process in place to help those wrongly raided? Absolutely.
Right to privacy when breaking into someone elses house is an INSANE thing to claim.
Pigs being pigs , earning the hate
If there’s a search warrant how is it a break in? Man people are dumb on here
It goes against the 4th amendment even, but pigs aren't exactly literate
Yep, can't claim that when it's during their official duties, whether in public or when illegally invading someone's home.
@@CloudSeedz they must continue to earn the hate or theyll make us all liars
People who give false testimony for a warrant need to be prosecuted and held accountable.
I agree!!! Absolutely
Probably the 🐷's themselves
What we need to start doing is having armed rapid response groups in neighborhoods that can outnumber and swarm police doing raids to make sure everything is by the books.
Imagine 30 LEO'S raid a house and within 5 min they are surrounded by 150 armed citizens making sure they are not up to any funny business, call it a constitutional audit. If they try to claim authority and make arrests just raise your guns against theirs. The people have the power they just need to act

Very true, and they are public figures working with the public and are seen doing whatever they do all the time in theory (unless they mute, cover, or turn off their body cams knowing most judges will side with them.) They are mad because the TRUTH was exposed
Bro...
I believe we all have a RIGHT to film & publicly show what happens in our homes.
If someone breaks into our home, rips off all their clothes, shoots up heroin, masturbates, and then decides to pee on the floor, then there is no expectation of privacy. If they get filmed and feel embarrassed because of it, then that's their own fault.
The officers in question should be filing a claim against whoever sent them.

I'm not certain you understand completely. That was a hit-squad, they weren't there to arrest him. They would have owned the entire property, home, and everything in it had they caught him there.
