Let's see 5 friends, I am 74 all my old friends have died. I have made friends with a couple of people but they are younger than me. Any of the boyfriends that I had through the years are dead. So I live on a small farm with 2 horses and cats and many firearms. I know they have cures for cancer. Our food is unhealthy, you need to grow your own to make sure you have clean food. Digestion and colon comes from the way we eat and what we eat and the insurmountable stress we have in the country. Our kids for the most part haven't a clue to know how to live on their own and enjoy their lives without all these modern devices like cell phones which they have in their faces all day among other equipment which is not good for us. And we wonder why dementia is on the rise. We need to slow down, work less hours, quit buying and spending on things we really don't need. Eat healthier and stop eating when we're not hungry any more. Live just for today with the people you love and like and have a balance in our life's. Plus enjoy the talents that was God given.

I'm 70 and seven of my close friends died before age 60, and one of their wives has since died. Mostly cardiovascular disease, with one cerebral hemorrhage. None by accident or suicide, and only one from cancer. One of the seven was a high school and college friend whom I had known my entire life. My last living cousin is in hospice care for emphasema at age 71. I'm "down" to two good buddies and I stay in touch with two of the widows of deceased friends. My internal medicine physician recently told me I was in good condition...no smoking or drinking, a recent clear Cologuard test, not obese, etc. I walk six days a week on average and go anywhere from three to seven miles a day and track my walking with a smartphone app. Before retirement I had a corporate job with lots of social interaction and I now enjoy living alone as a divorced man. I have an excellent relationship with my adult child. The area
I find difficult to improve is my diet... I don't eat junk food and limit sugar, gluten and processed food... but compared to my working days I know my diet needs help. My observation is that many of the Boomer generation are not doing as well as you might think. Best wishes.

Cancer in younger people is rising because dr's aren't listening when we come in to what we are telling them and then they aren't concerned until it's then too late. I know people who had been to the dr many times for "symptoms" and were dismissed and then (one person specifically) finds out all of a sudden they are dieing in less then 2 months..... from cancer that was directly related to the symptoms they had seen the dr for several times..... it's really sad. Dr's do not care anymore. They just don't listen and want paid but are doing nothing and treating patients like dirt. The god complex needs to stop.
I wish more people were like you.

So are cardiovascular Robles - those who have been vaccinated , have generated a new pathology , with solid white fiberous clots , which form along artery's , and can be branched or long - 3 feet is the longest , from a 34 year olds leg .
Funeral directors have been reporting this , and it's being suppressed at coronal level , alledgedly . These new clots have only appeared since 2021 , and are part of the reason for what's termed , "excess deaths" . MDs, do not know how to get rid of it , as the body is making cells with the extra spike proteins from the vaccination , which is what's forming these new form clots .

I would like to add Drs are not studying the medicine that needs to be studied for this day and age. They are dismissive of “symptoms”. They would rather you walk in already knowing what is wrong and then they fix you with their script pads. If you think you need s test they say sure, or they say no you don’t need that. It is hard to advocate for yourself when they only have 10 minutes with you & no time to listen. People are being their own Drs now. Healthcare is so very broken in USA. People are tired of going to 20 drs to find one who will listen. It’s tiring for the patient getting passed around for this test or that test, waiting months to get an appointment for that test, only to have Dr say “oh, it looks good. Maybe you should go see xyz Dr, that’s more their field”, and off you go to make an appointment that will be another 2-3 months before you get an appointment. It has become a ‘pass the patient’ mode of medicine.

@@nolamar1 MDs are humans. We as consumers can select primary care MDs who are caring and thoughtful. If Western medicine has not served you well consider a functional medicine MD who looks at the root cause of symptoms or disease processes. Please do not lump all MDs with careless burned-out practitioners…there are genuinely great MDs. Ask around and surely you can find one you connect with…don’t avoid wellness checks. Some problems, for example high blood pressure may have no symptoms.

You are not alone , Spiritualy speaking .
I've been living with 3 terminal conditions , one of which can be treated , but Imyself still dies .
All 3 conditions , have been inflicted upon me , and I get to indulge in treating myself , with herbs and homeopathic medicine , which provides results the MDs, are surprised at .
Cancer is not a death sentence like most think .
Think outside the box , and investigate alternative meteods of treatment that don't cost an arm and a leg ; try searching for " The Water of Life Fast" , and the use of "Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide , for internal use - it's been a virus killer since the 1750s , with Tuberculosis, being the first complete remission - it used to be a death scentence then . I understand in the USA, it's used to help fight inflammation , due to arthritis , or , rhuematisim .; It also controls H Pilori , a gut bacteria which robs you of energy from your food .

Getting rid of sugar, processed foods and cooking oils from your diet is one big step toward better health. Several years ago, I started with Paleo then transitioned to a keto style of eating. I got off the above-mentioned things, restricted my carbs, and lost 50 lbs. All of my health markers improved significantly. At 66, I feel great with plenty of energy and work out 6 days a week. Now I have gone Carnivore, and I feel even better. Eating this way can reverse type 2 diabetes and get rid of many chronic conditions. I follow many doctors here on TH-cam. I love reading the commentary from viewers who have had similar results. This way of eating is anti-inflammatory. Inflammation drives a lot of chronic disease.

I want to encourage you to get help with your loneliness. You say you feel that being alone isn’t so bad because then you don’t deal with loss. I totally hear you and I know you’ll feel better if you have some people in your life. Something that really helps with loneliness is volunteering. There are so many situations where your presence would bring light to others. Reading to preschool or kindergartners. Holding/soothing babies at the hospital, especially those born to mothers who were addicted to drugs. They can have a really tough time at first and something as simple as holding and soothing them makes a world of difference. There’s also volunteering at a no-kill animal shelter walking dogs. These are just a few ideas. 🌸

I've never anyone suffer day in and day out like I do with my partner. He is completely disabled and disfigured. I'm in a constant state of sadness watching him be slowly tortured to death. I am his caregiver. My heart is heavy and I can burst into sobbing at any time of the day, any where, or any day. He uses a walker and brace because his head is permanently bent down to his chest. I took him to costco and a young man got us a free sample because he saw us. He said "God bless you". I thanked him for his kindness. If stress is bad for us then I'm finished because I've been in this constant state of sadness for 6 years or longer because my parents didn't just die 5 years ago. They started dying 2 years before they died. LBD killed my mother and pulmonary fibrosis killed my father. I just can't see a future.

I have been living with Stage 3 ovarian cancer for 3 and 1/2 years now. I started working with an integrative doctor who specializes in oncology patients. She was concerned immediately with my inflammation numbers. The beginning of this year, we started an elimination diet and I will never go back to the way I was eating. In less than a month, my inflammation numbers were cut in half. I just eat as ketogenic as possible. It's ok to have a slip here or there but I was eating so much junk every single day. I can't believe how much this diet is bringing my numbers down.

My mother had stage 4 ovarian cancer. We did research. In addition to chemo, she began eating right. Started a walking program... and lost about 50#.
She reduced much stress by introducing her husband and son still at home to the kitchen and other modern conveniences. 😅 She told them she'd be busy getting well.
Prayer was a huge component in healing.
She conqured ovarian cancer! The doctors declared her cancer free for seven years!
It did return. She knew it. Doctors denied it until too late. She lived 3 years longer enduring additional treatments.
Never give up. Set LIFE GOALS that have nothing to do with cancer. Goals are extremely important in life.
Prayer can not be overlooked. God created us and He can heal us. But we must cooperate and eat right, get sunlight, fresh air and exercise.
May God bless you if you have read this far! 😊 + ♥️✝️🙏🕊

I would also like to add Hyperparathyroidism.
It is GROSSLY under diagnosed and it may set up the development of several of the conditions mentioned by the doctor.
The cure is surgery and most doctors will cause patients to suffer longer than necessary and shorten overall lifespan.
If you begin to feel old - with muscular skeletal pain, brain fog, constipation, kidney stones and frequent urination, cardiovascular issues. It is not simply old age or menopause.
Ask the doctor to check your Blood Calcium levels- a simple blood test. It’s the first indication of a possible hyperparathyroid adenoma.

i'm most concerned about social isolation. i guess i do a fairly good job at being nice and friendly and people do want to interact with me extensively, but wow, i feel like all this social interaction is a 'bad deal' and i'd rather hang out and relax with myself.
but i guess if i'm going to get cancer from chilling with myself too much, i'll have to drag myself out of my shell again. urgh.

As I approach my 70th birthday on November, I find myself living in fear of developoing dementia. On my MD's recommendation, I have starting wearing hearing aids. But I still find myself feeling great fear when I can't recall a word while speaking or misplace an item.

I definitely hope you never get a dementia diagnosis, but it may be helpful to know that in a lot of ways, our brains never stop learning, and that can lead to things like you described also. There are some really cool medical articles on the subject that explain it better than I ever could. Really facinating stuff that might resonate and put you at ease. I am not a doctor, so seeking help if you think something is amiss is the right call. I watched a video of a woman who cared for her husband through the disease and it caused her fears for herself. She draws the clock test every once in a while and it helps her. My family is going through this with my mother in law, so I do understand your worry. No one likes to talk about it and it leaves people without the needed information which causes stress.

The biggest risk factor for cancer is age, and once you’re past 65 it’s pretty common. Agree about the lifestyle factors, and for dementia also however. We will get one of these diseases at some stage however, I guess the older we are the faster it kills us.

    • @lauraharwood6581

. Cancer can very often be more dangerous in young people, it can kill them faster because their cells are dividing and growing more quickly, than older folk. Ie both great and prostatic cancer are riskier the younger you are.

I'm 32 and the NP at my gynecologist's office thought she felt a mass at my last yearly exam so she made me get a mammogram and a breast ultrasound. There was nothing there. I also saw a new person at my PCP's office who went over my previous labs and was concerned about my consistently high WBC. She sent me to hematology and they looked at my blood and they said I was just in the group of people who are plus or minus 5% of the normal range. No neoplasia, no inflammatory markers. So I am pretty confident I'm cancer free at this time. Got that part taken care of.

I’ve been blessed to still have friends that I get up with. I’ve known some of them since I was a toddler and some since 1st or 2nd grade. I don’t even call them friends at this point. They’re more like my brothers and sisters than my own biological sister is. One thing I’ve noticed in recent while working either kids of all ages is that mental health has taken a nose dive. I don’t think it’s just one thing that causing it either. Diet, relationships, friendships, social media, school, family. All of that has played a part in it. I remember being bullied in school to some degree. It sucked back then. Especially when you had teacher and admin that wouldn’t do much about it to help you. Since the advent of social media I feel that has gotten worse. When I was a kid back in the 80’s and 90’s I had friends that were part of the LGBTQ community. But many of them couldn’t come out to their families because of the fear that they’d be shunned. I love how far we’ve come with that regard. But I know there’s still a lot of people whose families don’t approve of their lifestyle. Especially kids and young adults. And especially when Covid hit. I can’t tell you how many younger people I knew committed suicide within the first 12-14 months of the pandemic. All I will say about that is I pray I never have to get asked to help plan another funeral for that reason. Of course I will if it’s needed. I just pray it isn’t.

First time after one hour he woke up in recovery room and the second time after 3 hours spending in the recovery room he was transferred to a regular room and a minute later he had a cardiac arrest. First time they thought it was type of anesthesia medication. They changed it the second time but it happened again anyway. He has to have another surgery but afraid to do it. Doctors can’t explain. Last year I was having a lot of gastro issues. Took 7 months but I managed to get someone to believe I was having actual issues and they did a colonoscopy. They found a 12mm non-cancerous polyp. Was interesting doing the colonoscopy without anesthesia. Just some pain meds and some anxiety med. For context I'm under the age of 30. We all need to get screened far sooner. Also, speaking of loneliness, how much of an impact would you say long distance friendships are on the loneliness epidemic? I don't have any in person friends. I basically just work and go home. It used to hit me heavy since I work nights, but at this point I'm either not lonely or I've become so numb to it that I don't even recognize it.

Increasing cancer rates are probably related to ultra processed foods, fast food, bread, sugar (including added which you can not see), trans fats and lectins. If you avoid any food in a packages, cans or plastic and prepare food from raw ingredients you are ahead. And limiting meals to no more than 2 a day to give insulin a chance to level off. Hospitals could start by throwing out vending machines selling soda drink, sweets and crisps, and improving hospital food.

You're absolutely right Doctor Kaveh; I was angry at my God for 44 years, until, after a 12 year hiatus from hard drugs, I got high again, only it was the first time I was high alone with God.
I made an apology he couldn't resist. It was not the first breakthrough but it was the first breakthrough that broke out. Anesthesia breaks down the mask our ego makes which give the mind security. Our mind, between our ego and akashik record, has perturbation and hegemony pulling against one another. These types of medication like sodium pentathol, are truth drugs as a result of numbing the ego's hegemony and satisfying the mind temerariously , hence crystalizing the truth after the clarifying action of the anesthesia excretes itself.

I stood on my feet like I was planted for 8 hours straight, no break, no shifting weight, just a linear look down a corridor into my mind and I realized I eas angry at God for loving me because I hated myself and didn't think anything of it; but it was something. Then, after an apology, God relieved me of that bitter yoke and I was finally free after decades! That's when I went back to skate boarding on a long board. Better living through chemistry.

Have a friend who would think has lots of friends... But he really is very lonely.
He's in a very toxic marriage she absolutely degrades and belittle. Many would say narcissistic in her actions.
As a friend we would laugh and smile giggle. Had a colonoscopy and the results were the best they had been for large number of years.
Cause as he put the friendship dropped the stress levels and hormones...
Sadly his wife is into isolating him so he's back where he was. Not in position to move away and restart as he was the family back bone so all seen is the money he made.
To him to move on is to be a loss. 50yr of hard financial work.
Walking empty shell of a man if you know. But appears to have it all.
LONELY VERY LONELY. TRY tO step in with a hi how are you she attacks him verbally and psychological.
To be a friend would kill him more. It's crap.
