this guy is way better than the amount of attention he has received. great route runner, and a wonderful guy to have for contested catches. one of the things i like most in a TE is the ability to just jam the ball into them and have them reliably be able to simply jump over, or bully the defender to haul it in. this seems like Barner's happy place. the Seahawks have been pretty pathetic in the redzone these past couple of years. now i can easily imagine Geno just dunking one in with Barner in a contested catch on the edge of the endzone. 😤👌

Would love to see him get drafted to KC and take over the role as number 2 tight end next to Kelce. I know that barner is not the best TE in this draft but for me he has the most potential out of all of them to be a dominant tight end in this league. Especially if he goes to a team like the chiefs.

He didn’t look that great at Indiana but he transformed into a completely different player at Michigan. Hopefully he’ll take another big step forward in the pros. Macdonald knows the kid better than anyone and if he took him over Stover and Wiley then I am boarding that train.
