@JAc08-games I had no idea at first. So many little things to remember in this game and there have been so many issues with it. Every time something looks weird we blame it on a glitch or bug but probably a lot of the time it’s user error 😀 I know I make a lot of user errors!
You can connect to the gps lines by pressing "H" for steering assist. I usually press this and then press the button for cruise control and it will follow it perfectly. Make sure you don't press anything while the cruise control is active otherwise it cancels it (common mistake people make).
Shoot yeah...my bad. There will be a couple more episodes, in both series, with them...the scary thing is I didn't even notice them until someone commented. I guess they don't work on me anymore if I don't even hear them? Yikes.

good news... it is possible to use the in-game GPS to help to create fields . Using the 6mts plow(can be a larger width...is better)... just need to make the first "line" or row and after if you are using the steering assitent, it will show a small center line in that space if the headlands are set. If not... it will show the white lines. Set the GPS to headlands and it will show the green line. press H and it will keep the GPS on even without the field created. no lines will appear or show up...but for behind, where the field is being created....will start to show the line. yeah... i didn't use the translate tool...sorry for any huge mistake made by my amazing skill with English grammatic level.

@@foenemflock1865 looks like it was because I had it connected to the weight and it was doing that. Once I disconnected it and dropped the weight it seemed to work better…maybe that’s the problem you’re having too? 🚜🚜

I just didn’t want to spend $50,000 on a mobile home and unfortunately the new Alpine house isn’t my style so I guess I’ll continue to slum it until there’s a good option, lol. When you attack the trees i noticed trimming off the limbs and cutting them into 9 metre lengths, nets you 4.5k per tree, i took the same tree whole with all the limbs still on, i only got 500, processing trees is a must if you need the funds i just cleared field 41 which funded me enough to plant the whole lot in grass and enough left over to buy lot 43, which has so many trees, just downloaded fdr forestry mod, so gonna take out a loan to buy his excavator clear that area pay off the loan and hopefully have enough buy another field and re-plant the forest to chop it down next winter from £0 to owning a second field by only using a chainsaw, truck and gooseneck trailer
@@benhoughton9028 oh wow you’ve got some solid plans! That sounds awesome. One of the “tricks” that the Gaming Joy sawmill does is it takes in a whole tree, no cutting necessary and stores the wood. Then it sells at full value for the quantity of wood. Compared to a normal sawmill where you have to make sure the logs are deli bed and a certain length…
@northernfarmsim i noticed that but it'll only sell a certain amount a month, x amount of cycles, i have another gaming joy sawmill but its a sell point not sure if its a part of his mod or its from somewhere else but you can sell infinite amouts of wood, but you do need to trim for top dollar, see if you have a gaming joy sawmill in your sell points, so handy to place on the edge of a forest saves hours of transporting timber
@ ah ok I didn’t see the limitation per month, thanks for the heads up. I do have the one in sell points, might need to check it out if I’m selling lots of wood…so far I think it won’t be big volume.
the field prices on this map are random, some real bargains and some that are massively overpriced, have a hunt around. I found one of the cheapest right next to the farmers market which was flat and had minimal trees so was great for fields
@@psa101 yeah when I picked the six or whatever it was to randomly select for the beginning, I tried to get a range of prices. Those hundred and $190,000 fields are pretty spicy!
@@northernfarmsim I leased out one of the big ass heavy tractors, and the biggest plough that's available. The one that has the cultivators attached. It's more effective than the others, but its the weird shapes that make making a new field annoying. The plow is after all / shaped. So I had to come back with the small plow to fix the edges! 🥲 Oh well, I only got the game a few days ago. I've been enjoying your video on my second monitor as I casually do my labour 😂

The current save game file is far beyond what’s been uploaded so far….plus there a few mods that came from outside ModHub that I’d or ably point you to the origin site so the modder is seeing the download and I’m not distributing their mods….not sure if that’s an issue for them but more of a courtesy I guess….?

there’s a setting for that - Discord has a “streamer mode” that automatically mutes notifications while you’re playing / streaming / recording.

I'm not positive but I think if you roll prior to seeding you get another 2.5 yield bonus for making a good seed bed. Not sure though.

@@thejake1453 ha ha. There’s a mod that allows you to create fields with a cultivator…not sure if it’s for both PC and console or not though….
