Then the next one died from her own plants, then one died from not understanding to have some escape plan or backup when machinery malfunctions, lastly the final two who had the most direct weapons died from not coordinating their attacks, blasting each other in the process.

Eudial/Eugeal's death was really pointless. She was able to survive from being thrown out from a cathedral but she dindn't manage to survive from a car accident.
@C.M.Works Sorry I missed this. I don't recall in the 90s anime Eudial being depicted with teleportation or levitation abilities. Maybe you're thinking of Kaolinite? Eudial always drove off in her car when her mission failed and never floated.

Eugeal could've survived the crash if she had gotten out of the car before it crashed. Telulu kind of caused her own death. Viluy brought that upon herself, but Cyprine and Petirol I feel so bad for.
The comments make me cringe. This wasn't dubbed so that you lot could moan about it nor compare it to the original format. It was dubbed so people could watch it in their own language. Besides, there are people who liked the English version. Don't like it, don't watch nor comment it. But if for some stupid reason you watch anyway, have some consideration for those who do like it.
Thoughts on the Witches 5 Eudial: ACID SNAILS!!! Also, she could have survived and quit the whole villain gig since nobody heard from her. Mimete: Somebody better not find that box and upload her on to the Internet or a robot body... Tellu: A Dr. Pamela Isely from Gotham University just called about someone from Mugen Academy plagiarizing her work and she sounds very angry. Viluy: Previously on Generator Rex... Cyprine & Ptilol: I got nothing.
Lol. Wtf happened w/ Viluy? "Super Sailor Moons' got reflector shields that bounces your rays back to me!" Um, no she doesn't? Also, she announced that her nanobots were malfunctioning before it was actually happening. The 90's dub was entertaining but oh so wrong.
NOOOOO!! Eudial!!! I cried so hard when she dies! :'( She is my favorite out of Witches 5. She reminds me of evil Erza Scarlet because they both have red hair.
I don't think Mimete acted alone in killing Eudial. Even though she clearly had a hand in it, I think some of the other witches assisted in killing her. Mimete just doesn't seem smart enough to form a diabolical plan like that on her own, though she definitely contributed the snails for Eudial's send off.
morris m the electricity that powered the machine was her life support. If they pulled it, she died. If it's plugged back in, Mimete will not show up; she is dead.
Thats not how it works Jose, the machine wasn’t her life support, she never died, she’s just sealed inside the tv forever. Tellu explains it perfectly clear.
I agree. It's very sad that all five (six counting Petirol) witches had to die. However, I think that, maybe, Eugeal was able to survive and escape from her watery grave. I mean, seriously. I'm sure that the impact of the car falling into the sea wasn't enough to kill her. After all, you're right. She would've either probably drowned when her car filled up with water or opened her car door and swam up to the surface. That is, if she could swim. I do hope that Eugeal miraculously survived. If she hopefully did, I'm pretty sure that she went to look for Mimet and get revenge, only to discover that Mimet was already killed by Telulu. She also found out that the other witches died as well. When she learned that the Heart Snatchers had disbanded, she decided to find a new life. And who knows? Maybe she even became a Sailor Scout! 👸🏻🧚🏻♀️🧜🏻♀️🧞♀️💝💖💗💕🌹💐🌷🌸🌺🎀🩰🐱🦄🍰🧁🍩
The surface tension of water from a great height is extremely high. Even in flowing water, if you came at it from a height with high speed, it would be lethal on impact. Either the blunt force trauma of the collision would’ve killed her, or knocked her unconscious, leaving her to drown. It’s surprisingly harmful what surface tension on water can actually do.
My take: her car is going through a black hole with her belongings, she gets out before they both plunge in, swims beautifully like a dance, then finds herself on a beach. She then gets revenge on Mimete by requesting Telulu to trap her in a plugged machine in a later episode. There watching her will be… Mrs Haruna in anger! She tells Eudial off for being a villain and even scolds her. Eudial will then have her clothes taken off and put into a bikini, and Mrs H is also in one. After a long lecture, Mrs H will leave the seaside and Eudial will have Serena’s teachers words echoing around inside her. It was then she realized what villainous things she did were wrong. For the first time, she will feel heartbroken and sad as she lies on the beach with sand as a blanket and goes to sleep with a lot to think about.
If Mimet wasn’t so bad that she had to get eugal to return her key chain and firebuster but she refused so she drove her car into the water and that’s how dangerous she is
Actually, it's extremely difficult to get out of your car after it's submerged. You can't open your car door and it involves breaking out through your window, if you're lucky.
Eugial's death is one that might have ended up making the morning news. I can imagine it now. In other news, a car crash was reported last night. Rescues have discovered a white van with black pentagrams all over it, containing the drowned corpse of a strangely dressed young lady with really red scarlett hair in 3 pigtails. From what we've gathered, we've been able to identify this woman as "Eguial" and that she worked for this "Witches 5" group. We're guessing it is either a cult or a gang.
They would probably go by her civilian name Yuko Arimura and mention that she was a student at Mugen Academy majoring in Philosophy. That would've been a nice way to introduce Mugen Academy in the last 3rd of the season rather than in the 8th to the last episode whereas in the manga, Mugen Academy was there from the beginning.
"I'll be good, I promise!" That line won't work against abusive parents, what made her think that it would work against giant flesh-eating plant monsters?
@@荒巻正男 What about the music that plays over her death? It sounds like Mr. Krabs is playing The World's Smallest Violin in the background and gleefully taking the piss out of her dying words.
@GarlicPudding Very true. It also doesn't help that if you look closely at Tuxedo's face as he was moving to stand next to Moon, you can see a small smirk on his face.
One of the girliest anime i have ever watched, but flips that around with showing deaths. Like fuck, sometimes they might turn into sparkles, BUT THEY DIED ON SCREEN.
0:54 I bet Eudial wished she got to scream LOVELY from Moon Spiral Heart Attack than crash. 1:50 I bet Mimette wished she got blasted by World Shaking instead. 2:09 Tellu now wished she got blasted with Dead Scream rather than her Mega-Tellun turn on her.
God this dub is terrible. Thank God Viz is redoing it...so long as those 1080p remasters actually LOOK 1080p. The Witches 5 really got some of the worst deaths of the series. But Mimete probably had it the worst. I feel so bad for her, being trapped in that computer forever, completely alone in the darkness. Fuck Telulu, she got what she deserved. Though Viluy ended up getting disintegrated by her own nano machines...what a way to go...really. I think its kind of amazing how Sailor Moon manages to make the deaths of its villains so poignant and gruesome without resorting to gore or anything edgy. And they still remain memorable after all of these years. It's great.
Well...that's pretty much what Mimete get for ending Eudial's life. Considering how Eudial was able to counter and Sailor Moon's moon spiral attack and how it was effective against the other scouts, she could have sooner or later succeed and defeated them, but noooo.....damn Mimete had to take all the spotlight herself. Telulu probably did that as payback for here. Viluy was the saddest death for me really. Really heartbreaking.
Today, Viz Media announced the new dub voices of the Witches 5! They are the following: -Eudial: Erin Fitzgerald (Chie Satanoka in Persona 4, Agnes Oblige in Bravely Default, Emmeryn in Fire Emblem Awakening, Alys in Mugen Souls, Black Heart/Noire in Neptunia, Ramua and Countess Rose in Sailor Moon Season 1, The Makai Tree in Sailor Moon R) -Mimette: Kira Buckland (Chou-Chou from Mugen Souls, Madoka Kyouno in Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne, Kuroyukihime in Accel World) -Tellu: Laura Post (Arfoire in Neptunia, Rosalia in Sword Art Online, Raygo in Kill La Kill, Diana Cavendish in Little Witch Academia) -Viluy: Julie Ann Taylor (credited as Cricket Brown) (Ratchet Altair in Sakura Wars: The Movie and So Long My Love, Cordelia and Severa in Fire Emblem Awakening, Karol in Tales of Vesperia, as well as already voicing Ms. Haruna in earlier episodes of Sailor Moon) -Cyprine and Ptilol: Dorothy Elias Fahn (credited as Johanna Luis) (Naru in Love Hina, Maria Traydor from Star Ocean Till The End of Time, Li Kohran in Sakura Wars the Movie, An/Natsumi Ginga in Sailor Moon R)
Eudial and Mimete are my fav. ❤️ Too bad Tellu and the others have little screentime. Imo It would have been fun to see them fighting and picking each other on in more filler episodes. They should have removed some episodes from Kaorinite to compensate.

@thesailormercury1 Sadly, she tried to become a viral video on TH-cam only for Toei to pull the plug on her aspirations of stardom by restricting her to Japan then banning her. Tried watching a Kamen Rider Black episode on their channel only to find it restricted to Japanese viewers. (I'm a resident of the Philippines.) Also, Tellu probably wondered how Poison Ivy avoids getting eaten by her own plants shortly before her demise.
It's a common trope in fiction: Have the villains be killed by other villains so that... 1) The next villain looks more evil. 2) The hero doesn't get blood on their hands.
Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this way, but it seems like the main problem with the English dub wasn't really the voices, although I will admit some of them did suck, but the fact that the script was absolutely terrible. You can tell the voice actors were at least trying, but there was only so much they could do with a piece of shit script
on top of that, they had an inexperienced voice director, literally according to himself, it was his first voice directing job he ever did. You can be the best voice actor in the world but without good direction or an understanding of the neuonce of what you're supposed to be saying, your lines will come out akward. I found that Susan Roman (Jupiter) and Katy Griffin (Mars) who both carried over from the previous two seasons did overall better work during the first run.
Mimete got what she deserved from the witches 5, she killed her sister in arms, which is why Telulu had no problem erasing her. “the level of mafia sailor scouts… keep begging… you still killed one for your own!!”
i thought it was kinda mean how they watched telulu die when she was begging for help, i mean she was a bad girl who created her own problem from evil but still isnt it like the good guy code to help out the villain if they want to surrender? especially if its a cute little witch lol ;P Joe Brown I'm quoting your old comment because TH-cam won't let me reply to your comment since they've made these stupid changes. But Sailor Moon strikes me as rather cold-blooded in this season generally. At least two of the Daimons desperately beg for mercy in the dub also. But Sailor Moon doesn't listen to them either. That's why I was disappointed in Sailor Moon S. It was too harsh and depressing for me.
khanh phunggia Even so in the context of the dub it serves to magnify the coldness of that season. I've seen somebody else say somewhere in comment that it also doesn't help that you can see a slight smirk on Tuxedo Mask's face as Telulu dies. Implying that he is taking satisfaction in seeing her die regardless of whether she's pleading for mercy or not.
Martin Johnson Yeah, I really didn't care for the S season. I know a lot of fans tout it as the best of them all for being more adult, and there are some instances where I appreciate it, but it didn't have the feeling of redemption and love that I always felt was integral to the show.
Her Hyper-Tellun plant attacked her because she commanded it to attack the nearest pure heart. When Tuxedo Mask shattered her storage star, all the hearts came out and she dived for them, causing the plant to believe all those hearts belonged to her and attack her. She also commanded it to devour its target and then instantly self destruct. It obeyed its command and blew up with her. The Witches got some brutal deaths in S but all of them were due to themselves or their own colleagues. There's no saving people like that.

Have you noticed that in the Sailor Moon anime, most of the major villains are either redeemed or killed by circumstance/betrayal? This is because many Sailor Moon villains, despite being selfish and/or evil, have their own personalities and desires like the viewers. The stories are written so that the Sailor Senshi do not have to face the moral dilemma of causing a death, even if the villain deserved it. The only villains directly killed by the Sailor Senshi are the so-called "big bads" such as Queen Beryl/Queen Metaria, Wiseman and Pharoah 90 who could be considered complete monsters with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
In the manga, though, they pretty much kill majority of the villains. For example, Jadeite was killed by Sailor Mars by burning him to ashes. Or when Sailor Jupiter killed Hawk's Eye with Oak Evolution. I believe the Amazon Trio wasn't resurrected as well (unlike in the anime). Most of the time, the anime fails to grasp the brutality of the manga and sugarcoat it instead.
I just love how this villain group essentially offed themselves and each other with barely any assistance or input from the Sailor Senshi.
I think Dr. Tomoe, or rather Germatoid, KNEW that would likely happen. Purposefully allying himself with treacherous people that he knew would eliminate each other so he wouldn't have to later.
After, Pharaoh 90, Gernatoid, and Mistress 9's ultimate goal was to eradicate all life on earth.
What is even more ironic is that Dr. Tomoe was the only villain in the 90's anime that never punished his subordinates that failed.
In other words, had they worked together or allowed the others to take the chance to fight the Guardians, they might have survived or even won.
Tomoe probably even provided them a dental-plan

1:58
Grandma Telulu Moan 😂😂
The comments make me cringe. This wasn't dubbed so that you lot could moan about it nor compare it to the original format. It was dubbed so people could watch it in their own language. Besides, there are people who liked the English version.
Don't like it, don't watch nor comment it. But if for some stupid reason you watch anyway, have some consideration for those who do like it.
If you think about it Mimette's death could be payback from Eudial for rigging out her brakes
Oh yes, you could say Eudial had her revenge on the murderer from beyond the grave.
Or Karma
Tragically Idiotically Karma of Witches 5, If you ask me personally.
Therese Blaine this is what happens when you don't work together. At least the reboot series taught them the importance of teamwork. Agreed?
karma's a bitch indeed
1:22 most satisfactory death for me as a kid.
Thoughts on the Witches 5
Eudial: ACID SNAILS!!!
The Tellu comment 😂😂😂 I’m wigless sis 👩🦲
The viz dub of Eudial’s death is more funnier that Mimet said thanks for all your hard work
LOL! 😆😅😂🤣😈😈😈😈
@@tonnialinnen9995 I always say that when my co workers get fired
It sucks that the last 3 witches never got a chance to shine.
It sucks that Mimet and Eudial are the only ones that got a full run. The others were just killed off immediately as they were introduced.
Lol. Wtf happened w/ Viluy? "Super Sailor Moons' got reflector shields that bounces your rays back to me!" Um, no she doesn't? Also, she announced that her nanobots were malfunctioning before it was actually happening. The 90's dub was entertaining but oh so wrong.
Kyle Greer I never understood why they made them talk so much and say things like that. Also didn’t like all that unnecessary gasping and moaning.
1:08 My sad moment
1:58 My happyyyyyyyyyy moment❤️
The one time Eudial wasn't wearing her seatbelt.
Eugeal's death reminds me of that death scene from the 1980 version of Prom Night horror film. The chevy van rolling down the hill and exploding.
Forgot how gruesome death could've on a 90's children's show lol
Eugeal and Mimet's deaths are my favorites.
Backstabbing weasel!
@@deathnyx I would've liked it if she said "Backstabbing bitch!" instead. LOL
NOOOOO!!
Mimete, I hate you, you're killed the best villain from Sailor Moon S
It's interesting how like 3/5 of the Witches 5 were killed by literally sabotaging one another...
The Sailor Senshi did nothing more.
Those outfits of theirs did look deadly.
Minete is not really dead she just got digital.
She now a computer virus .
morris m the electricity that powered the machine was her life support. If they pulled it, she died. If it's plugged back in, Mimete will not show up; she is dead.
So she is a Digimon
Holly shit is that a corrector yui reference?
Thats not how it works Jose, the machine wasn’t her life support, she never died, she’s just sealed inside the tv forever. Tellu explains it perfectly clear.
MelonPeach agreed, the only way she could die is if the building the machine was housed in got blown up and the machine permanently damaged
This season really was insight into the research community and how dog-eat-dog it is.
I refuse to believe I'm the only one who spent a week crying for Mimete when I was a child.
loser
@@hkazu63 I see! I still think that it’d be a miracle if she survived, though!
The funny thing is that there is fan fiction of this exact thing of her being a sailor scout
@@luismurillo1358 Ooh! What is it called?
1:47 - THANK YOU TELULU!!! I was waiting for Mimet to go down for so long, especially after she killed Eugial
Cloverway's handling of Tellu's death was *so* embarrassing, just...wow! -_-
"I'll be good, I promise!" That line won't work against abusive parents, what made her think that it would work against giant flesh-eating plant monsters?
Lol what about how all over the place the script was with Viluy?
@@荒巻正男 What about the music that plays over her death? It sounds like Mr. Krabs is playing The World's Smallest Violin in the background and gleefully taking the piss out of her dying words.
in my opinion out of the five, I like Mimet better, and I don't think she deserved this fate
I honestly like this dub its the one I grew up with
The funny thing is that the strongest were killed but their own creations/ alias
ChildsDoll the foot soliders get a kinda sparkly death but the kindof main villians get a proper death
Also the manga is pretty dark
Hope to watch the whole season 5 in English Version. It's reminisce some of my old school memories.
And Mimete got what she deserved because she is killer too ske killed Eudial 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬!!!!
Wrage Dark I agree Tellu made payback for Eudial 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍!!!
Idk why y’all so sympathetic to Mimete after she straight up murdered Eudial by tearing out her breaks (bc fuck that acid snail noise)

-Mimette: Kira Buckland (Chou-Chou from Mugen Souls, Madoka Kyouno in Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne, Kuroyukihime in Accel World)
-Tellu: Laura Post (Arfoire in Neptunia, Rosalia in Sword Art Online, Raygo in Kill La Kill, Diana Cavendish in Little Witch Academia)
-Viluy: Julie Ann Taylor (credited as Cricket Brown) (Ratchet Altair in Sakura Wars: The Movie and So Long My Love, Cordelia and Severa in Fire Emblem Awakening, Karol in Tales of Vesperia, as well as already voicing Ms. Haruna in earlier episodes of Sailor Moon)
-Cyprine and Ptilol: Dorothy Elias Fahn (credited as Johanna Luis) (Naru in Love Hina, Maria Traydor from Star Ocean Till The End of Time, Li Kohran in Sakura Wars the Movie, An/Natsumi Ginga in Sailor Moon R)
+TMX1138 Oh my god, the Sailor Guardian are going to encountered Izumo. X3
+Sailor Sedna She also plays Umi in Love Live.
TMX1138 And they are a hell of a lot better than these voice actors in this god-awful Cloverway dub.
Eudial and Mimete are my fav. ❤️
Too bad Tellu and the others have little screentime. Imo It would have been fun to see them fighting and picking each other on in more filler episodes. They should have removed some episodes from Kaorinite to compensate.
Yeah or it would be interesting having them interact with Kaolinite and cause fights with her too. We only know that Viluy and Kaolinite don't get a long, but not sure about the other witches.
@@sylarisamazing Cyprine/Cyprin smirked at Kaolinite/Kaorinite/Kaori Knight when Professor Tomoe said Cyprine was the only one he could trust, the same words he told to Kaolinite and Kaolinite cursed Cyprine.

yes that sucked. i wish they had been in more episodes
0:50 engine break by going down the gears, then pull the hand break.

If the witches 5 just put their differences aside, they could have beaten the scouts a long time ago
Eugeal could have survived by jumping out of her car causing the car to fall in the water and Eugeal took an bus! I do like the witches 5.
alex gant She controls the fire, so when falling into the water, she indeed killed herself :)
It depends. From a high altitude, water hits like concrete...

2. Mimete uses the Electric Warp Machine and in the giant monitor and Telulu traps her inside in the monitor forever. 1:07

(I'm a resident of the Philippines.)
Also, Tellu probably wondered how Poison Ivy avoids getting eaten by her own plants shortly before her demise.
Weren’t they basically Killing Themselves? ....
Apparently
It's a common trope in fiction: Have the villains be killed by other villains so that...
1) The next villain looks more evil.
2) The hero doesn't get blood on their hands.
@@Bauglir100 if only they work together .......
Eugeal's death was dark
the voicing was BEYOND TERRIBLE! jesus there are no words for that horridness
90's era anime dubbing at its finest
I'm so glad I grew up watching Sailor Moon subbed
this dub is the fuckest thing I've ever heard, fuck DiC
That is why they went out of business. Because the product was mediocre.
Viz is redubbing it with a new English dub to be closer to the subbed version.
@r4ptur3B cannot agree more. Mimet is such a pain in the neck. I really love the villains in this season except for her.
0:38
0:52God:(to eudial) long live the queen
Mimete got what she deserved from the witches 5, she killed her sister in arms, which is why Telulu had no problem erasing her. “the level of mafia sailor scouts… keep begging… you still killed one for your own!!”
i thought it was kinda mean how they watched telulu die when she was begging for help, i mean she was a bad girl who created her own problem from evil but still isnt it like the good guy code to help out the villain if they want to surrender? especially if its a cute little witch lol ;P
Joe Brown I'm quoting your old comment because TH-cam won't let me reply to your comment since they've made these stupid changes. But Sailor Moon strikes me as rather cold-blooded in this season generally. At least two of the Daimons desperately beg for mercy in the dub also. But Sailor Moon doesn't listen to them either. That's why I was disappointed in Sailor Moon S. It was too harsh and depressing for me.
actually, in the original version, Telulu isnt begging for help. She tries to help herself by electrocuting the plant and then dies along with it.
khanh phunggia
Even so in the context of the dub it serves to magnify the coldness of that season. I've seen somebody else say somewhere in comment that it also doesn't help that you can see a slight smirk on Tuxedo Mask's face as Telulu dies. Implying that he is taking satisfaction in seeing her die regardless of whether she's pleading for mercy or not.
LOL
There's no saving people like that.

awesome also i watch their death when i was a little girl and to be honest it scare still cool video
Mimet tore Eugeal's brakes out, she didn't put acid snails there. Yikes!
21minute the amazon trio were very cool!
21minute Pretty much. I can understand a few of the villains being redeemed, but the classic anime basically redeemed all of them, which was stupid.
As the Late Great Alex Trebek of "Jeopardy!" would said So Long.
