- Check out our full tour of our new home on wheels! It took us a little over a year and a half to convert our 40ft school bus into our off grid tiny home. We did an 18 inch roof raise, installed 1000 watts of solar on the roof, built a room for our one year old and created storage in every place possible. I’ve watched way too many RV/bus renos, and I gotta say this has the BEST floor-plan & organization I have ever seen. If I built one, I would literally copy & paste every single detail. Thanks for sharing & I wish you the best on your new journey!

Love this bus…one of my faves but little guy will be climbing out of his crib in no time but such a clever bed…maybe you could get an extension for the bed rail. My little man was an escape artist so I may be a little bit of a worrier. Love love love your bus! One of the best!

I've seen about a hundred skoolie builds. If I could pick one to live in, it would be yours. Great use of space for storage and respect for the level of quality at the DIY level. The roof raise and color scheme help it feel more spacious, but you've also managed to make white feel homey and inviting. There's also something quite special about your bus, that isn't often represented in the tiny house genre. I'm praying for good health, safe travels, and success in your business. God bless you all!

Beautiful bus!! I noticed 2 things you guys haven't done... 1- Switch all your DVD's to a CD folder. They save a ton of space so you don't need to keep all the DVD boxes. 2- same thing for all your books! Get a kindle! Much love!!

It's cool to see what people do with these spaces. I've always wondered the build longevity of mobile type homes?
Does the movement of the vehicle eventually wear out, joints, screws, nails, glue..etc? Good security should be
a must in all these builds.
Yes it does but i would say its all worth it and doesn’t everything get ware and tear!? :)
One minor suggestion, above your front door on the outside you have space to have some sort of fold out cover similar to your outdoor tables design that could give you a little protection when your coming in during a rain. It won't be a'lot coverage, but you would be surprised how much it helps.

You did alot of careful planning with storage,,like you said,,every corner and place of the bus you made very good use of it,,I like the outside storage too,,to put all your batteries,,tools and etc to be able to have room for all your garage things,,your a good team to be able to makeover the bus for your comforts,,thank you for sharing your neat looking bus and did an excellent job and your patience ofc to share your fantastic ideas how to renovate an old bus into a very creative comfortable zone for your family,,blessing to you all and take care...😁🤗👍

This is so well done ya'll. Also, when my husband and I lived in a tiny one-bedroom apartment, we used one of the hallway closets to put our little baby boy's "room"! It worked very well and he slept much better in it than if we'd tried to put him in our room or the main room. Your little guy is so cute. The house is perfect. I'm amazed at the amount of storage you managed to get in there.

The jeep stays pretty open so we can throw the car seat in and drive places when we need to!

I’ve seen a lot of these and really love your layout….seems very accessible for all you need! Great job! I would ask one thing especially for those like myself who are on the “older side” of the folks who are enjoying all your hard work….when you’re narrating your videos if you can maybe not talk quite so fast and maybe lower your voices just a bit? I’m sure most don’t have any problem with these things but just makes it a little hard to watch and listen but seriously y’all done such a great job….lot of hard work in making sure everyone has what they need.
