If you get scholarship in Sep cycle, Results will be announced by Dec 31st. Since you cannot write in Feb 24 as deadline is passed, scholarship will be available for all attempts from May 24 to May 25
Same way if you apply for scholarship in Jan ccyle, results will be announced by Mar 31. Since may window is closed by that time, the scholarship will be applicable for all attempst from Aug 24 to Aug 25

Also when scholarship if given a code is given for you that is usable for specific attempts. In this scholarship window of sep - oct the coupon validity will most likely be for exam windows from May 24 onwards only
