This is a very cozy SingleWide home. They did a very good job with putting the wood plank flooring throughout the high traffic areas. Is it functional. But it looks a lot more attractive too! I love the fact that the two bedrooms are on either side of the house for privacy. Very funny 😁 to see you get in the shower. Definitely adds comedy to the video. overall, very impressive home.😊 👍
Haha yeah I’m glad you liked it! We love the plank flooring for sure. I wish we could put it in more single wides. The 260 is a great home, very popular. Sweet and simple!
Very nice, but I'd make a change in the master bathroom. I'd change the tub to a large handicapped accessible shower, including the the shower controls. I'd turn the existing shower into a linen closet.
Great house for a single person..Really like the real wood cabinets and finished drywall..Solitaire really builds a nice well built mobile home..The only issue I.would have to change would be that the soffit/ overhang would have to be completely enclosed, to keep bees from.building nest up in them..And I would have to have regular insulated windows....Over all Nice for a single person

I lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for a few years but I moved back home to Montana and I want purchase a Solitaire home to put on some land I own. Please let me know, thanks. By the way this home I like it. Again thank you.
It’s not that the home can not go to Montana. We would need to get with a multi state shipper. Then find someone that can set the home to state code. The selling dealer would not be able to service or warranty the home. This means you would have to find a contractor to have the trim out and service work done. It starts getting costly. I hope this answers your question :)
