soo helpful sir... thankuu soo much....can u upload a video today on 4d series exceptional electronic configuration...with reason..not trick....plz help...
Sir, Cd and Hg in +2 state have d10 configuration and they are attached to sulphur which has vacant d- orbitals .....then why Metal to ligand charge transfer is not happening?
Sir I have another one doubt if all the ligand are strong, only vary in metal than how to find colour sir... Pls clarify my doubts in videos or msg format...
Pl give solution to this question: an aquous solution of [Mn(H2O)6]2+ complex is pale pink in color..give reasons. (i)presence of 6A1g ground state (ii)disallowed transitions by spin slection rule (iii)presence of 2T2g gr state (iv)charge transfer transition
Sir can you please also solve the question 76 and 78 form June-2017 Booklet-A................in question 76 i can not understand how can i calculate the frequency of d-d transition
the electronic tranisition responsible for colour of transition metals: 1) d pid -> d sigma 2)d pi-> d sigma* 3)d pi-> d pi * 4) d sigma-> d pi*. June 2013 q no 26. Answer and explanation pl
I think i found the answer. dxy, dyz and dxz are called pi orbitals because they lie between the respective axis and hence can overlap sideways with the pi orbitals of ligands. However dz2 anddx2-y2 lie along the axis and hence can overlap head on with the sigma orbitals of the ligands and are therefore called sigma orbitals. d-d transition in metals is from t2g to Eg. And therefore the ans should be 1) dpi--> d sigma. Correct?
Colour of the complex video super sir... I was searching some websites but I can't get this type of clear.... So nice thank you sir...
awesome sir u are really genius .I have left this q in exam now I understand very well...
Sir I'm getting full clarity on colour of the co ordination compounds with ur support sir
Thanks a lot sir

very well understood now sir....plz updoad a video on charge transfer.
Sir, Cd and Hg in +2 state have d10 configuration and they are attached to sulphur which has vacant d- orbitals .....then why Metal to ligand charge transfer is not happening?
It may be due to the higher stability of filled (completely) d orbitals . Beacuse of this, reluctance of losing e occurs.
Sir.....how to identify π acceptor & π donor ligand???
OK...Sir
Sir I have another one doubt if all the ligand are strong, only vary in metal than how to find colour sir... Pls clarify my doubts in videos or msg format...
It's awesome man!!
Please request that upload lecturer on CFT in square planer and tetragonal complexes
excellent explanations thank you sir

Mn²+= d5 conf(high spin)= t2g(3) eg(2).Spin forbidden transition... So ans 2
Sir if you don't mind plz provide us a class on LMCT & MLCT concept plz sir
Genius.....sir
Thnkuh for the video😊
Thanak sir it was superb
sir can you please give a list , where u can classify it into sigma and pi donor or acceptor. it is very much helpful for us ...
Gate chemistry sir did u???
thankyou so much sir...!!!!
