    What a great video! I've never seen this done before and what I like the most is that we get to see the freshly picked parsley fry out naturally in the sun! It's great to see that nothing gets wasted!

      You can keep in a container/bottle. It can last over a year

    Wow...so much parsley. How do you keep it from getting all woody before it gets that tall. We should probably pick a flat leaf instead of a curly leaf or does it matter? Which zone do you live in?

      Yes indeed! This is an Italian parsley and I didn’t do anything specific to prevent it from getting woody. I prefer this to the curly type actually.

      You can use a dehydrator or if drying in the oven, use the lowest setting

      Depends on the sun intensity. Dry the leaves for as long as it takes to be thoroughly dried

    Last year I air dried the parsley by hanging it in small bunches. Looked lovely but a few months in the mason jar it turned brown. What am I doing wrong. Thanks

      Oh my goodness. Sorry to hear that yours turned brown. I still have this one I dried last year looking as same.
      It could be that yours didn’t dry properly before you stored them. Try drying them under the sun as shown in the video.
