      Heya, thanks for the information. That's good to hear, what are they building?

    • @Komentariram
      @Komentariram หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @NoBSTravelChannel Nothing new, just renovating. They started from inside. One part will be business center the other will be apartments. Rustoraunt with a 360-degree view will also be renovated as well as outside fasade. Building was sold in December last year if I am not mistaken to private investor. The area around the building will be renovated by the city, including new parks. etc.

      @@Komentariram Oh wow, nice! I hope they do it justice. It would be a shame to renovate the restaurant to the point they remove all those old and lovely fixtures etc.

      @NoBSTravelChannel They actually can't change much. This building is under architetual protection, so it needs to retain the same look ( as much as possible ). If you are interested, you can check videos on TH-cam of Sava Centar and Bigz buildings. Both finishing restautations about this time. Basically, they retained the same look ( replacing glass and all that is needful with rest remaining the same, even the color ) And Bigz building was built in early 20th century :)

    Excellent and objective video.
    If you liked Serbian food, I suggest you visit the city of Nis (south of Serbia). Burek, ćevapi (barbecue) and many other specialties of southern Serbia are much tastier and at a higher level than in Belgrade.
    By the way, Niš is an important historical city dating back to the time of the Romans.
    Enjoy Serbia and have a great time.

      @@dovlomirIndeed! What i find interesting is there's so many different answers. I guess it depends how far back we're drawing the origin of something. Like you could say "Hey this Serbian bread is traditional" and someone will say "BuT bReAd OrIgInAtEd In AfRiCa So It's AfRiCaN" 😂
