Two questions Sir:
1) You mentioned that the high court need not have to give permission to interrogate people, but when asked for your opinion if JD sir had any political pressure not to interrogate them, you mentioned it was high court orders and he followed them. completely contradicting!
2) If there are 28 different rules from 28 states for interrogation purposes, why at all have a central body like CBI for the probe? Should CBI go through the rules book from each state and start interrogation?
permission is different from order... if there is a rule that for any interrogation it needs permission ... then they will ask for permission... but in the process of interrogation if they require any order from court then the court gives the order
why corruption is prevalent in India is. because different authorities act in different directions and nobody is serious in acting against culprits for obvious reasons ,.Crooks take advantage of this.
