Pikmin 1 Switch - Chronos Reactor Frame Perfect Cutscene Skip 19x Streak

Stand on the lowest dark dot next to the grass with the camera setup used in the video. The white patch of ground between Olimar and the grass should be slightly smaller than his boots. Rotate Olimar so that he faces the rainbow circle thing. To rotate freely without moving, slightly tilt the left joystick, hold A, then circle the reticle around Olimar using the gyro.
You also want to tilt and hold A until right before the part is collected, since Olimar will turn his head around randomly after standing for a few seconds, shifting his "hitbox". I was dismissing right before the skip to see if it influenced the pikmin to not drop the part randomly, but there is probably no correlation.
