Mr. P. Sulaiman is an entrepreneur turned builder with an experience of almost two decades in project management of different types and sizes. Establishing companies in diverse industry sectors like builders and developers, real estate, construction and contractors, education and food & beverages, his growth has been phenomenal. Mr. Sulaiman has also been instrumental in introducing the Kerala construction industry to pioneering building concepts. He took the bold step of introducing Kerala to its very first shopping mall with the construction of “The Focus Mall”, Calicut, revolutionizing the state’s shopping landscape.
Mr. Sulaiman introduced the concept of community living in North Kerala with the CRISIL rated luxury apartments, HiLITE Metromax in Calicut. With his vision to contribute to the economic and infrastructural development of the state, he developed HiLITE City, one of India’s largest mixed used development projects of enormous size. It has got instant nation-wide recognition for its unique features. The City houses a business park, a shopping mall and 2000 premium residential apartments besides providing various other amenities. Envisioned to be one of the best malls in India, HiLITE Mall, coming under HiLITE City is spread across 14 lakh sq. ft. and will reflect the HiLITE trademark, characterized by aesthetics and architectural brilliance. HiLITE Business Park is the first of its kind office complex which has recently turned out to be the biggest IT innovation zone in Kerala. This project has bagged the ICI Award for the Best Commercial Structure in building category of Kerala for the year 2014.
