I think it's because Pigpatch is already scary on its own. And Mr. Hippo's lines are very long, I guess that here are the others' dialogues because they are shorter.
I like to imagine that some of these characters are only mean because Cassidy is controlling them. That’s why the mediocre Melodie’s and the rockstar characters don’t actually attack during fnaf6.
