Thanks anna. Really you are a great well-wisher and a good mentor for the students who can't able to understand what our teachers teach. We all support your channel anna. Keep going 💥🔥

In complex 5 , just an entery of H+ ion converts ADP to ATP? or some other mechanisms are involved for this conversion. Because In order to convert ADP to ATP we need phosphate but here their is no trace of phosphate then how this conversion occurs. And other thing , In complex 1 and complex 3 there is a transfer of 4 proton along with electron due to conformational change, but in complex 4 only 2 protons are transfered along with electron is there any reason behind it ?and how how the number of proton is maintained constantly?
Answers for Question 1 : Phosphates and ADP are already present in the matrix, when protons flow through the ATP Synthase, the phosphate & ADP fused at the active sites of ATP Synthase to form ATP. (Sorry that i didn't mention that clearly) Question 2 : There are some structural differences between complex 1,3 and 4. So due that only 2 protons were able to transfer. Question 3 : The number of protons remain constant because of proton recycling across the membrane. The proton recycling mechanism ensures that the number of protons pumped out of the mitochondrial matrix is balanced by an equal number of protons being brought back into the matrix. This helps maintain the electrochemical gradient necessary for ATP synthesis by ATP synthase.
Bro...structural change aala proton inner membrane ku pogum nu solringa...but according chemiosmatic hypothesis high proton gradient aala ATP release...🙄🙄
