It's simply the result of all the experience he obtained from the 16 years of professional badminton career I guess. Or maybe his former parter Koo Kien Keat taught him all those fancy moves cause Koo Kien Keat was well known with his trickshots on court xD.
he has retired from BAM for various reasons and since he is not representing any country so he has formed an independant partnership with LYD and as you can see those are not official jerseys with Korea‘s design and it does not have any Victor logo on the back so they have found a/several sponsorship with the permission to put Korea‘s name at the back that will pay them to enter the tournament
