Canon Lens Repair - How to Disassemble

Back in 2016 my camera was knocked over and the lens broke. When it hit the concrete the camera wouldn't engage in autofocus anymore because it would click as it would rotate. I have always been too intimidated to take it apart and try to fix it until now

Good on ya Nate for having the guts to disassemble that lens. Not sure I could have done that! At least you know what the issue is now. Is there anywhere you can purchase a new wheel and reinstall it?

I disassembled mine and destroyed the ribbon connectors by accident. Now I don't have autofocus and image stabilization. Too late I haven't seen this video. Fuck
