It almost always starts with cardboard. Don't forget to check out the first two videos before this to see how we got to this point. Thanks for watching if you did!
Damn Steve you never cease to amaze me. Tis why I consider you the king of our basshead world. One of these days I've got to got to make my way out your way and meet you and see the shop and them impeccable builds!! Can't wait to see the next video bro!
Havent had power in my house since Tuesday due to the fires here, but steve uploaded so gotta risk that battery percentage to watch the video!🤘🏻🤘🏻 hell yeeee
Beautiful, love the red accents.I love my SMD block but it is a baby compared to this set up 😊. Still proud to rock it though, craftsmanship is top notch.
I did it for 30 years before my tools got good...the CNC's just make life easier. You don't just push a button and out pops your project. But I hear ya man, good tools are nice to have! thanks! :)
Ooh maaaan..... this work is sooooo nice.... it's looking soooo perfekt... this powerwiring hypnotizes me😵💫🤤... awesome craftsmanship... perfekt basement for the further steps.... 👏👏👏👏👏
As always can't wait for the next part of the "Father and Son" project and the final result which as always will be stunning. I remember when you finished the Tahoe, the whole car was amazing!!

Do you install only one positive Wire from the Alternators to the Battery? I have a 300A Alternator and the Instructions say minimum 6 times 50mm² so you dont have any Issues.
I always enjoy your videos. Considering the possibility of battery contact with the body, wouldn't it be safer to have the battery terminal grounded on the outside?
I wanted to know also and found this on google, The XS Power S3400 and D3400 are the same battery, with the S3400 featuring red decals and automotive posts, while the D3400 has blue decals and hardware.
@meade916 it's a shame with your talents and vision. Most people are not that creative so, I know if you ever do decide to sell it or even design i will purchase. If you never heard this before I appreciate you sharing your skills and creativity with us here on TH-cam!!!!!
I was wondering if you were selling the dc audio speaker you have in your bone yard shelves in your shop. I happen to spot it when you were looking for the sub you gave to your buddy that plays video games with you!!
@meade916, That’s what I meant, the platform. I have A LOT of your distributions blocks, fuse holders, etc. I guess I could’ve worded it better to give a better understanding of my initial question. But I appreciate the response! 🫡💯
@@TrenchMobb08 oh LOL....sorry I misunderstood. I'm not sure if I want to make this available to the public or not. Haven't decided. Thanks though man!

Nothing like some cardboard aided design 👌
@@Baldman351 huh?
Cardboard always comes in clutch. 💪
Really appreciate the time and effort that you put into getting the fitment correct. That piece came out really nice.

Your kids are lucky to have you as a dad. Much respect.
I love watching these step by step videos, especially in a tahoe! I have an '03 myself, and these videos are extremely helpful! Thanks for posting!
You are so awesome, brother. When you are fabricating parts like that, I can only dream of owning a shop like yours.
Steve, your stuff is car audio candy brother! I love your attention to every little detail!
Man, that came out so clean...excited to see how the rest of the build develops.
Those fuseblocks are 🔥

That under the hood looks fire..great job 👍
Looking good Steve!

I watched the series when you made the first distro block...it was stacked...looks sweet still
There's fabrication, then there are works of art. Everything SMD does are works of art! 🤝🫡💪

Super Clean 🙌🏽
Damn nice looking. Hell yeah.
Every time! Clean AF EVERY time!! luv these videos, keep'em coming bro
Clean af? He screwed that into the side of the plastic fuse box for a started 😂
@@470ruger actually the aluminum bar is fastened to the plastic box and the platform is bolted to the aluminum. Settle down champ.

Stay safe brother from those wildfires in LA
I live in Nor-Cal...but this is a constant concern for us because we live in the forest. Right now it's not anywhere near. But thank you!
Very nice 👌
Can you make me one if them fuse block holders for my 05 burb
Yes bro!
Nice!
nice job steve👍🦾
Yo Steve, is that power platform something I can have made for my 2004 Tahoe? I would love to have one for my build.
I assume it will work if you have the same alternator setup and a 5.3 engine
Do you install only one positive Wire from the Alternators to the Battery? I have a 300A Alternator and the Instructions say minimum 6 times 50mm² so you dont have any Issues.
how long since you solderded a ring terminal
been a minute haha...the crimper is way to nice....and fun :)
How/where do you route all that power wire to the back?
it's all already ran from the previous install. 4 runs of 1/0 in great condition. No need to change it out. At least not yet.
I always enjoy your videos. Considering the possibility of battery contact with the body, wouldn't it be safer to have the battery terminal grounded on the outside?
I'd be more worried about the unfused run of cable hitting the negative terminal like it almost looks like it is
nah
@@470ruger nothing to be worried about here.
What’s the difference between the s and d batteries
I wanted to know also and found this on google,

I’m digging this, but I have a question. On the dash iPad is sick, but how does he access the climate controls? Is it cut out behind it?
they were moved to the center console years ago..
Bro, tell me your going to sell those brackets on your website
probably not at the moment but you never know :)
That's dope
How much for a mount like that steve?
@chijiokepenny2100 you beat me to the question
probably more than people want to pay by the time they get that XL2, the Halfblock and the mount. So I probably won't make it again.

thanks! and no offense...please don't get upset or angry. But did you happen to read the title? LOL
Not read 😂

not sure.
Are those fuse blocks gonna go into production or is that a one time deal for Antheny’s build? 👀
we have been making the blocks for almost 10 years. The platform is a one off though. :)
