Welcome to Morocco. The famous dishes in Morocco, which you must try, are couscous, rfisa, pastilla, harira, tagine, tanjia marrakech, and sweets such as briouat, kaab el-ghazal, and chebakia.
That RFissa dish looked so delicious, Geroge! On top of that, man, the service is so fantastic! Moroccan culture is super friendly and with lots of wonderful dishes, architecture, camel rides, and people! Seeing you having that dish reminded me of when you had moqueca here in Brazil. Not to mention, churrasco 🙂. Once again, it's super awesome when I hear them say some words that we have in Portuguese, like canela(cinnamon). Mille also looked so nice! Wtg!🤗
That dish looked really good! I think that the guy said that it was a crepe on the bottom. It's funny to see that Morocco also does sweet avocado drinks! People think that Brazilians are weird to make sweet drinks with avocado, but I know that in Vietnam they do the same, and now Morocco too! Thanks for another awesome video. Morocco seems to be a really great visit, and pretty affordable as well.
Moroccan rafisa is very, very rare in restaurants. It is served on a special day the days when the Moroccan woman gives birth to a child because the dish contains healthy ingredients that give the woman the energy that she lost during childbirth
Just the title announce something amazing!! And amazing the foods are 🤤🤤🤤. I need to go to Marroco, and Brazil and Colombia... In fact I need to follow George's footsteps 😂😂😂.
Hi George, we love your videos, so authentic. For the rfissa, you will find it in most places (restaurants, cofee shops...) on Wednesday and Couscous on Friday.
The food and dessert looked good. And wow the Bahia Palace is beautiful. Been watching your Moroccan travels and following along. Casablanca, Morocco was beautiful. The clothes at the marketplace were gorgeous. I love the palm trees all around there. 😍 Enjoy watching your travels and your content on your channel. Stay safe on your journeys George.
2:27 he really got me when he say chrismas but in générale Rfissa is made in générale for every speciale event not only holidays and you need to trie it with (DJAJ beldi)
Rfissa is my favourite dish too😋 I suggest you to try an avoccado and dried fruit smoothie (better known as ZaaZaa in Morocco). Enjoy your stay in Morocco
Rfissa usually is prepared for women who recently give birth cuz it contains ingredients that help thier body after their childbirth but everyone can eat not only them and in anytime
The food you tried in this video looked really delicious! Bahia Palace looked very beautiful! Loved the mosacis! Been enjoying watching your travels and trying/exploring new experiences!

I'm glad you enjoyed your meal that day :) I live overseas now and you can't imagine how much I crave mille feuille the way it's made in the market. Always fresh out from the over, with flaky/crusty leaf and fresh cream. When you were in Rabat entering the souk by the pastry shops on your right I was like: stop there guys! you should take the mille feuille! that's a must in that tour! Will you go north? To Tetouan, Tangier, or Chefchaouen?
