how did you get the frame up with the legs? We try to make the circle with the frame, but every time we do it comes apart.
We had two people (one to hold) and fit the pieces together inside the joints. Lots of wiggling and re-aligning to get the joints to connect snug
You did the springs wrong. Need to attach them on opposite sides. Not all together like you did. Should not require that excessive force.
