i'd imagine there's a steel bar at the edge, and other steel bars running fron the wall and out to the outer bar, which in turn reinforces the shelves, that what i would do atleast (all of this is ofc inside the shelves so it's hidden)

I love your videos. Have you ever done one where you have actually flattened the ingots completely and polished them on a flat surface with like wet dry sandpaper so that not only is the finish a mirror finish, but it has no waviness to it? It would be cool to see a video like that where you polish an ingot completely and make all sides completely flat. Keep up the awesome work!
I haven’t done a perfectly flat edged ingot although I have done some flawless ones but they do have the wavy surface although they are perfectly mirrored. If all goes as planned I’m hoping to move my to a bigger place and if that happens I’ll be looking to buy bigger equipment and more powerful stuff so hopefully that will be coming soon👊🏻😁

He has a wife and son. He’s melting the taps/fossets before. And then aluminium window screens on the house. But now he has has enough subscribers that send him metal he doesn’t have to. I’ve been watching him for a while now so it’s safe to say I’m hooked and love his content.

Hey mate! Happy holidays, and beautiful ingot. Not sure how you feel about the lower temp metals, but I would love to see a video of you making some zinc or tin ingots. I just bought a whole bunch of tin, zinc, and bismuth for myself to cast and am just waiting for them to arrive :)

I myself work at a foundry that makes bronze sculptures there are three things I love about working there
the melting of the bronze
the pouring of the sculptures and ingots from leftover bronze
and last the warmth of being there to experience it
I don't get to help pour because im just an intern however I get to be in the room at a minimum distance of 4 feet away during the pour

Great job. I was watching a real amature tring to pass off his site. He was trying tring to melt brass. He did such a poor job. He did not add borex. And he did not skim off the slag. And he did not watch his melting temp. Then after is brass brick looked like he had poured the molton brass in layers. I think if he dropped the brass inget. It would have come apart in layers. I really appreciate your show. Keep up the great woke mate.

Also the proper heating or melting point is also very important.
